Vivanta Pune, Hinjawadi

I guess if you need to be based around the Hinjawadi area, that would be the positive point about this hotel. Unfortunately, in my experience, that would be the only one. The room is very basic - comparable to a travelodge type accommodation. Only 25ml bottles of shower gel etc are provided in the bathrooms (how is that 5*?!) so you often have to ask for it to be replenished. There were also odd items left in the bathroom - nail clippers (which didn’t look new or clean), talc, nail polish remover??? I’d rather just have decent shower gel, please. Not that you choose a hotel for the tv, but the one ‘English’ channel listed was not in English. When you travel for business it is nice to have something to do to help relax during your free time. This hotel holds a lot of events, which seem to be frequented by people who think it’s acceptable to congregate outside rooms making an absolute racket. This happened on multiple occasions during my 5 night stay. The buffet is terrible. It’s located next to the entrance, so there are flies around/on the food. I also saw multiple members of staff handling food with their bare hands. Not once during my stay was my table laid properly - I was always missing a napkin, cutlery, glass… Thankfully the food on the a la carte menu was better. The gym held promise, with a view over Hinjawadi, but in practice it isn’t great. The AC is not strong enough so it gets very warm and stuffy in there, and there are no facilities to clean down equipment after use. I dread to think how dirty it is in there. I would have loved to use the pool but unfortunately the water was constantly murky so I didn’t feel comfortable going in there. To finish on a positive - Kapil is a star. He always saw that my requirements were dealt with swiftly, was a great help to my colleague and I when we had issues checking in, and helped us arrange a great weekend of sightseeing around Pune.

The stay is comfortable. Ambience amenities and kitchen is superb. Breakfast has amazing options. Food is really good chef Rishab.the staff is really supportive especially floor persons ,Sagar & Pawan . Gym and pool side is really great, the hotel roof top Restraunt experience is wonderful

Very nice service and hospitality. Staff is so polite and kind . Special thanks to Sanjay Rathore and Milan . Food is very nice . I ordered pink sauce pasta in room. It was amazing the best pasta i ever had. The ambience was good and rooms were neat and tidy.

Excellent service by the staff specially Mr Sanjay Rathore. Very polite staff and a great ambience...well maintained rooms ...enjoyed the gym, shower and the swimming pool..... Really enjoyed the stay here in Vivanta. Thus place is must to stay in Pune

Excellent stay with the family. Right from check in to the comfy beds. Thanks to Chaitnya and team at the front desk. Variety of delicious food coupled with great service from Milan, ***si and team. Highly recommended for the wonderful stay.

Rooms were very nicely organized. Good taste awesom, really enjoyed the stay and recommend my near ones too. Value for money. Service provided in room, as well as breakfast was too quick, won’t let you be idle. Thanks to Staff members- Milan, ***asi, Abu, Surya making my breakfast memorable and helping me to skip my lunch because of offering me with very heavy breakfast 😊, on the lighter note. Stayed for 3 nights, Excellent service, room was quite spacious (it was a suit), very comfortable. in room dining food was good and was made to order. All services were quit fast and courteous. Good work station as i was working for a day, good wifi speed.

Excellent service at the reception. Good clean rooms . Enjoyed the meal at Buzz restaurant. Overall a very nice experience.
