外観や部屋内部、お風呂等かなり古さを感じ、サイトに載っていた写真とのギャップを感じた。お風呂はとても薄暗くて、遅い時間に一人でじっと浸かっているのが怖かった。またベランダから見る風景が錆びついたお風呂の建物の屋根で、えーっ？となった。客相手の旅館としては全体的に管理不足な気がする。しかし食事は無難内容でもどれもとても美味しく、またお給仕の方が微妙な距離感で細やかに世話してくださるのがとても心地良かった。

連休中の相場からは割安だったので、さほど期待していなかったところ、料理のおいしさにびっくり。差額を払ってアップグレードした価値がありました。特にアワビの踊り焼きは本当に絶品でした。朝食のクオリティもすばらしかった。温泉は2種類の源泉で、どちらも絹のような柔らかいお湯でずっと長湯していました。

対応はよく、親切でした。お庭の整備ができていると気分も変わったかなぁーと、鬱蒼としている感じ。各階に自動販売機が欲しかったです、売店にお酒が売っていて欲しかったです。露天風呂は虫などが浮いていて、もう少し整備してあると良いかなぁーと。お食事はおいしかったです。製氷機が廊下のどこかのスペースにあるといいなぁと、思いました。せっかくの風情を演出して欲しかった。
