Disgusting. Bedsheets and bedspread were unwashed and stained, hair on pillows, floors not swept, balconies not clean (and rear balcony inaccessible due to faulty door handle, which posed a fire hazard), torn couch, no security screen on 2nd floor bedroom rendering this room unsafe for our children to sleep in, power outlet hanging from wall, loose staircase railing. Management were adamant the unit was cleaned and were dismissive of our concerns. Thankfully I was able to wash and dry the main bedsheets myself prior to sleeping, and our children were able to sleep on airbeds we were travelling with. Unit in no way resembled photos advertised on their website. Would not recommend at all.

Absolutely disgusting. I really no-one endures such an unpleasant experience. The list of issues is about 20 or more. Some of the most serious were the legs on the bed broke. The handrail in the bathroom broke. One of the showers didn't have a door. The shower door was in the cupboard, would you believe! There was lipstick on nail polish on the cupboard shelves. The doors to the cupboards were off their rails. No washing liquid or dishwashing tablets and the terms and conditions required us to clean. The apar**ent was nowhere near clean. The outdoor part had cigarette buts and bits and pieces of toys. Do they have cleaners who clean the apar**ent after people leave???

It needed a little maintenance as the tap in bathroom sink was very loose and PowerPoint in kitchen coming off wall. Back courtyard would use a clean as it was full of leaves and gardens badly needed tlc. However it wasn’t nearly as bad as the reviews I read online. Inside was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was very confusing no one was in the correct spot and we had no idea where our spot was. It was very confusing to even get into the door and get the code for the room. When I rang for info they we’re not overly helpful or friendly.

Our accommodation was somehow mixed up, when I arrived to check in I called to see where we were supposed to go to be told the apar**ents were not ready and weren’t sure when they would be. We were offered other accommodation at Jesmond Executive Apar**ents that we accepted and, in our opinion, was quite poor. The dishwasher had a bad smell and did not work, the bathroom tap was not fixed to the vanity and one of the rooms reeked of cigarettes with a cigarette burn in the pillow and there were other issues! Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.

Do NOT stay here. Cleanliness was beyond substandard/non existent, beds had springs sticking through to the point where we got an air mattress out of the car. The worst part was getting back after a concert to find that a “cleaner” had been in well after check in time to set up an extra bed that we didn’t need, and had left the front door wide open and the back door unlocked when everything had been secure when we left. Several complaints were met with dismissive comments and not even an attempt at an apology. Bathroom leaked to the point where the carpet outside was wet (leak was under the floor, not in the bathroom). Place hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages, and the kitchen did not contain basic items despite being advertised as being fully equipped - for example, no washing up liquid, chipped plates, no tea towels. There were cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards, and stains on the bathroom floor mats.

The property was very dusty and the room was quite stuffy. The couches were worn out and the bathroom door lock was broken which caused us to be locked out of the bathroom, there was no sanitary bins in the bathroom either. The linen wasn’t allergy friendly and the quality should be improved. The beds are sagging causing discomfort when sleeping. Otherwise the apar**ent is a good size and provided towels:)

Unfit for occupancy. Second floor sash windows had no screens with windows open on arrival, a child would easily fall out. Lounge suites that were torn and dirt and wouldn’t look out of place on a rednecks front porch as a dogs bed. Blood splatters on the back of the bathroom door. Empty toiletry packaging on floor under the vanity. Nail polish spread throughout the apar**ent. Unserviceable lock on sliding door. Kids drawings on most walls and blinds. Broken glass and glitter on the floor. Highlight of our stay was departing with all four wheels and no broken windows on our car.

The property had many things that needed attention and looked like it was in the middle of renovations. There was a shower screen that was broken off and stored at the top of the built in wardrobe that looked like it could have fallen out on someone.The smoke detector was also removed and stored in top of the wardrobe. The beds were poor quality and bowed. The external doors did not look like they closed properly and some of the internal door hardware was not fastened properly. The property was also not cleaned well enough. We thought that we must have been given the wrong unit number and that it wasn’t ready to be stayed in. When we rang to say we weren’t comfortable staying there and if they had a different unit to move to we were moved to a much nicer unit at a different property. We appreciate the customer service and the upgrade to a much nicer property in a nicer part of town. We won’t be staying at the bluefin apar**ents again and would not recommend the apar**ents to others but we appreciated the approachable staff who accomodated our late request to move elsewhere.

Other than being close to food shopping there is not one thing positive about this place. Disgusting Everything is broken Crumbs in beds Stains on sheets Doors broken Blinds broken Remotes don't work as batteries missing Toilet seat unattached Uncomfortable beds I have travelled a lot for business and this is BY FAR the worst place I have ever stayed at. Do yourself a favour and never stay here!!! It makes sense now why this was the last one available In future I would travel further. Avoid at all costs

The property has a great layout and was in a fantastic location for us. Was really pleased to see it had an ensuite and a bathroom, when we only expected 1 bathroom! However it was not clean, blankets had been shoved into cupboards, floors had dirty crumbs floating around, the courtyard was unkept, the bathrooms had not had the vanity wiped prior to our stay. The people running the apar**ents were rude. We got charged an additional $9 for a meaningless admin fee which we had not expected. We have stayed a few times in properties run by Newcastle executive apar**ents and found the customer service to be very below parr each time.

Check-in details out of date, poorly maintained (broken blinds, shower screen, no cupboard doors), wet/dry towels left in washing machine/dryer, remote for AC didn't work, beds were uncomfortable.
