The room is great, and the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services at the station and hot spring street, which is very considerate. The hot spring water quality is very good, and the experience is very good. I will consider staying next time, very recommended!

關西之旅體驗了一把傳説中的有馬温泉，選擇的是紫翠的一泊二食和風房套餐，衹能説期待太高導致體驗有落差。費用接近人均1500一晚，房間倒是不錯挺新，但是沒有淋浴間多少也有一些不方便。
風呂區在負一樓，紫翠的風呂普普通通沒有什麼景觀可言，但就是方便電梯就可以下去泡。每人可以去隔壁的兆樂泡一次湯，兆樂的泡湯比紫翠要好，露天的風呂有景觀視野也更開闊，但是就衹有一次浸泡機會。但是大冬天走出去也挺冷的。但是在兆樂男更衣室換衣服的時候居然有個日本阿姨在旁若無人地進入男更衣室收毛巾，絲毫也沒有要回避的意思真的一整個大無語。
然後因為是淡季去的，所以基本上湯池都是半包場
狀態，所以沒有必要預訂私湯，但是私湯可以拍照，要加4400yan，值不值得見仁見智吧，但是衹有40分鐘的時間算上換衣服的時間其實也泡不了多久。
❌❌❌最大的體驗落差是晚飯的體驗，菜品的品質和用餐的環境完全對不起這個價格。首先是主菜牛肉感覺就是超市的冷藏炸牛肉餅做出來的，海鮮鍋物裏面加起來不知道有沒有3塊海鮮，和前幾年去鹿兒島住的海邊温泉一泊二食體驗相差太遠，菜品的賣相也不精緻，也不好吃，分量也少得驚人。用餐環境就是大堂 check in的旁邊的餐廳，沒有景觀也不是包間，整體來説這個體驗就是如標題“可以去但是沒必要特意去”。

距離車站大概十分鐘距離，但是酒店在一個很陡的斜坡上，如果沒有酒店專車接送推着行李很難到達。它是兆樂的別館，和兆樂的客人公用班車。到達車站後需要打電話給他們來車站接，但很難溝通，他們衹能聽懂簡單的英語單詞，然後全程跟你雞同鴨講。還要注意一點是酒店下午三點才能辦理入住，早去的話是不會讓你進的，我們衹能把行李先放下再車我們到鎮上打發時間。
紫翠的設施相比兆樂是新很多的，有和式房和洋式房，酒店有室內浴場和露天風呂，室內是銀湯，室外是金湯，都不大，但人不多，很新很乾凈。另外紫翠的客人在入住期間可以到兆樂泡一次温泉，房間會有小卡片，帶着穿過3樓的小門可以走路過去，但注意它的室內浴場和露天風呂是分開的，相當於你泡完室內要先穿好衣服，再去露天那邊再脱衣服，比較不方便。
我們訂的是一泊二食，晚餐時間在入住時會跟你確定，到時間直接過去即可。相比傳統温泉旅館的割烹料理，紫翠的會跟日式和法式融合，分量看着不多但吃完會搓肚子。味道也挺符合個人口味的。服務也沒得説，有禮貌的同時非常有分寸，上完菜就會消失，等你差不多吃完一道才會出現。
總體來説性價比還可以，下次可以再試試別家。

到了有馬站酒店會派車來接，整體服務還是不錯的。定的是一泊二食，早點入住會好一點。晚餐有神户牛肉的小火鍋和生魚片，房間還ok，早餐味道也還不錯。
