The hotel was much better than I imagined. A great stay for Christmas. A very comfortable stay, reception very helpful. My e.u 2 point plug didn't fit as swiss is 3 point plug and Reception lent me their convertor plug the whole duration.. i took the half board option as we went for skiing and travelling and would sometimes be out in the day. The breakfast was plentiful. A range of continental and bacon and eggs. Various options for evening meal. Good location, with great views and a short 10 minute walk to the slopes, however there is a free bus to go up and down to Leysin village . A 10 minute walk to the train station in the opposite direction. We tried the toboggan park whilst there too. I travelled as a single female with 2 children and my stay couldn't of been more welcoming and at ease.

A very pleasant stay as part of a coach trip. Food was very good and plentiful. Rooms were huge, lots of beds! It is primarily a ski hotel so rooms may not appear luxurious but they were comfortable and clean. The views are amazing.

Nice and comfortable hotel and rooms. The room and bathroom clean, spacious and enough space to put your clothes. The bed mattress comfy for good night sleep. From the balcony you can have a nice view of the village and surrounding mountains. The more up is your room the more stunning view is. Breakfast and dinner busy due to two big tours group but still manageable. A fair selection, especially for the dinner, nothing extraordinary but tasty and enough to choose from such as meat, different types of cold and hot veggi and also including raclette some nights. To round off the dessert corner is available too. there is small spa – pool, whirlpool and sauna from 8:30 – 21:00 free of charge for the hotel guest. The WI-FI through the hotel is good and strong.

They charged us 100 euros fine we asked for the reason they said our washroom was splashed with water on tiles too much.. they wer very rude and saying just pay 100 euros or else we will cal the "police" that's soo rude towards tourists and I was With infant and my wife. Worst experience it's like stoling money from the guests

Good base for visiting the area. Buffet food, small bar but spa area very good . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future. We enjoyed all the lovely walks and views around the hotel.

The hotel is very close to ski area. When it comes to food I can say that is an average Swiss Hotel with no many specialties. The wellness area is very nice. So if you like to go skiing and then have a peaceful afternoon in the sauna this is the place to go

Great value for Money. Excellent for kids, spacious rooms and lots of amenities (swimming pool, hanmam, sauna, ..) We really enjoyed our stay Food was abundant and varied, very testy The desserts were tiptop Breakfast was meeting all tastes Clean room with a nice view

Lovely hotel overlooking the village and mountains. The views are fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. We stopped here for Christmas and could not have picked a better place to stop. The bedroom was quite large and had a balcony with a wonderful view. There was a nice swimming pool, sauna and steam room, perfect for a swim before dinner. The restaurant served a buffet style meal which was really good. Good seating area for a drink after dinner. The hotel was very warm and the thick jumpers were not needed. Just down the road was the cable car which took you up to the top of the mountain. well worth going up there even if you don't ski. Good restaurant at the top. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
