輪西駅周辺には飲食店が多く食事には困りません。ロビーには無料コーヒーがあり、駐車場無料も良かった。輪西で泊るには便利なホテルです。

建物は古いが、しっかり清掃されていて清潔感があり、接客も良い。 朝食は道東にある系列店より美味しいのですが朝食会場が寒かった。 近隣にはコンビニや居酒屋があって便利です。

延長コードが部屋に常備されているのがとても有り難い！
朝食バイキングの品数が充実しており、お腹いっぱい食べることができる。特にカレーが美味しかった！小さいホテルながらコインランドリーや自販機等の設備は整っている。ホテル近辺には大型スーパーやドラッグストアがあり、長期滞在に向いている。ストレス発散にカラオケボックスもすぐ近くにあってとても便利！札幌行きの高速バス乗り場も徒歩3分ととても近い！室蘭で一番便利なホテルだと思います。
