原訂住4晚，入住前三晚每晚都被外面不停的，巨大的噪音侵擾整夜不能休息，感覺非常不妥。與酒店交涉要求換房或退房退款，前台均以酒店訂房時已收了全款無法退，酒店房已滿，經理不在為由推搪，非常無奈，我們衹有在第四晚去了其他地方。

酒店服務態度很差，感覺員工都沒培訓過很不靠譜，在攜程上預付後酒店前台checkin又刷了一遍錢，在住期間很多問題，不推薦

替兒子訂的酒店，在紐約轉機，難得酒店允許18歲以上的單獨入住，大多酒店單獨入住都要21歲以上。兒子説酒店一切都好，位置，設備都很棒。
