Brilliant service. The manager,Morgan, was always on top of any of my questions and problems. My room was always in a lovely and clean condition. The bathroom always has a lovely scent to it and is very hygienic. Visiting the hotel bar after work is very welcome. Thank you.

Open Night Club next door keeps us awake, hotel quality levels no where near what we would expect at a Premier inn. By far the worst premier inn we stayed at.

Nice clean room, hairdryer and vanity unit was good. Room had extra pillows. Lovely views from the restaurant and a good buffet breakfast. Well worth the money. Hotel quiet at night, some lovely bars close by. We stayed to see a gig at the arena, great location and a short walk to the arena and bars near by.

Thank you for the pre-order this was due to going to a concert near by, the pizzas were lovely cooked by a gentleman called Lee and the service from 2 ladies called Morgan and Helen was perfect overall was amazing and would come again and recommended to others

We came for dinner and we were greeted by Morgan and Helen, they were really welcoming and lovely. The food we had was beautiful, probably the best pizza I’ve ever had! Lee brought it out to us and again, we had amazing service. Even my son agreed it was the best pizza ever!

Stayed here for one night for work and the staff were lovely! Really accommodating and made me feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and quiet, I was very impressed. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. Nice food too!!!! 5 * from me.

Could not fault any aspect of our stay at the Premier Inn Nottingham Arena. From the moment we checked in, Michelle and Lorraine could not have made us feel more welcome. From working reception to serving in the restaurant, they were everywhere, doing a fantastic job! The room as always was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would most definitely recommend to others.

First time in a Premier Inn and well impressed, good staff, room comfortable and clean, excellent bed and very reasonable price. Very good cooked breakfast and car park easy and pay when leaving. Would certainly stay again
