I stayed at Argiro Village Hotel, and based on my experience, it dies earn its 3 star status that it advertises. I'm going to break down my experience into good bits and constructive feedback as I believe with a few tweaks the hotel could be a 4 star! The good bits: - Beautiful hotel, the grounds are well maintained, and the gardens are beautiful! - The restaurant is clean and tidy with a great selection of hot & cold food, which is replenished throughout the meal time slots, and food is always out on time. - The pool area again is clean and well maintained with good quality loungers around it and more loungers on the grass area over the way from the pool, too. - The room I had (609) was a great room! It was a good size with a double bed, sofa, kitchenette, shower room which had a complimentary soap. - Reception has a cute little gift shop/ convenience store in it, plus there is a mini market next door to the hotel should you not be able to find what you need. - All staff ate well intentioned good people who are doing their best to help you with what you need. The constructive feedback: - I think it'd be great if the bed linen was changed daily, especially for those coming from colder climates who are likely to be sweaty at night. A few times after the cleaners had been in the bed was put together rather than tidied and that would make the room look more prestigious (especially if you put on those bed runners from the photos online). - Great that there's a complimentary soap and maybe put a mini shampoo, conditioner and/moisturiser (western Europeans love it!). - Grip tape on the restaurant ramp and jacuzzi steps are coming away from the floor. If they were replaced, it'd make the place look much nicer. - The welcome of had at might was brash. I totally get that the staff member who met with me late at night may have been tired and wanted to go to bed but just remember that your customer are journeying a long way and are tired too so a warm welcome would make then feel safer (for the first night I didn’t). - More choice for all inclusive at the bar. At the moment, on all inclusive, you can have the usual hot and cold non-alcaholic drinks, as well as red/white wine, beer, and ouzo. If the hotel could provide a cheap rum, whisky, and vodka, you'd be making a great difference to customers' experiences. Overall though I think this hotel is lovely 😍 I really believe in its potential too and would love to come back one day and see it as a 4 star (or 5 star, who knows! 😀)

Accomodation - clean apartment, cleaning and change of towels every second day. Nice apartment with huge and great bed, balcony. Food - perfect. We had All inclusive service, during our stay the dishes were not repeated for Lunch and dinner. Meat was always good prepared, plenty of vegetables and fruit. Drinks Non stop, alcoholic drinks vary tasty. Hotel services - very pleasant and helpful staff. Pool clean, sunbeds and umbrella, not crowded. Transport to beach several times a day.

We arrived at 3:30 in the morning. The man, did not say hello to us, he said…”passports” we gave him passports, he took photocopies, gave us no information whatsoever, got our luggage and threw it on a golf cart and gave us a lift to our room and gave us a key. On the the way he barked…breakfast to the left, pool to the left. That’s it. It says there is a gym?? No gym. It says there is air conditioning, there is but we didn’t find this out until day five of a seven day holiday. Food was not the best. Bacon that wasn’t bacon. Cereal hard and left out for the whole week. Untouched. People who paid to go all inclusive all unhappy as food and drink not as advertised but working in customer service myself it’s the people skills that is the worst for me. We was there for 7 nights and never had one conversation with any member of staff that I did not initiate. The man who “welcomed” I’m guessing worked a 10pm-10am shift everynight because he was at breakfast every morning thrashing around. The hotel itself was clean. The maids were kind. But it was in the middle of no where. We had a good time because we were together but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Low cost hotel at each area. Small rooms and tiny bathroom (good luck with the shower for not thin people), whole fitting is old and used. But the worst is the highway few meters from your room, very loud at night, you can't close the windows as It's too Hot and aircondition is at additional charge per day. Ugly food (the cheapest ingredients, mostly instant food like scramble eggs) , fortunately had only breakfast.

Hello. The property is generally good, but we had the door unlocked twice by the cleaning ladies. We were gone all day and after reporting it to the reception, nobody did anything about it. If you don't have all inclusive, then only water with dinner, because nothing else belongs. One cheese and 3 types of cold cuts for breakfast. Not eatable scrambled eggs. Air conditioning paid.

Not the best by a long shot!! The only thing in my opinion that makes me give it a 2 rating is the room was good and kept clean. Everything beyond our room was disgusting, some staff rude, drinks terrible, food even worse ( hot food cold, warm at best, prepared by a bare chested guy in shorts & flip flops) None of the amenities advertised available. Totally isolated 7 euros a day for air con. No bottled water in room Only 20 sun beds around the pool to serve 80 apartments No TUI rep available, no welcome meeting. please think twice about booking into Argiro towers 😱😳🤔

Definitely a 2.5/3 star hotel. We paid for all inclusive however, the food was very poor. There was limited vegetarian options and not all the food was labeled. They had the same breakfast limited choices everyday with stale, hard bread. I went during a period of hot weather where it was 39 degrees everyday and still made us pay €7 a day for air conditioning in our room, which came to €42 for 6 days. The rooms were not cleaned regularly by the cleaning staff. The room was nice and spacious however in the bathroom there are ant infestations and many spiders found. The shower is really small and the shower floor is small so all the water goes everywhere onto the bathroom floor. The bar at the pool is small and provide very limited, basic drinks even though we were all inclusive. On their website it states 'food provided at bar throughout the day' however there was no food only ice cream at certain times of day. Outside by the pool and bar area, everyone is always smoking and vaping which should not be permitted. The pool by the bar is very small and filled with kids so it's not appropriate for adults. There is a juccuszi which was my favorite part of the hotel. The wifi isn't the best as it doesn't connect in every room. The reception is small however there are very nice staff. The bar starts serving alcoholic drinks from 9pm to 10:30pm which was good but again limited on drink options. We sat on the sun lounger chairs by the pool at 9pm with our drinks and there was music playing which was nice.

DONT BOTHER ! Booked 4 nights here with my son all inclusive ... the food was terrible !! And a tiny amount on offer ... I couldn't feed my son at all .except bread rolls so had to pay extra everyday to eat . Couldn't have coffee with dinner . Had to pay extra to extend room as check out is at 12 yet wasn't picked up til 6.50 pm . Then had to pay a further €10 for my food for the day . Not that there was any point. I had to pay €5 hire charge for a towel plus €10 deposit. Air conditioning is extra €7 a night... I had a bug nest in my bathroom . Run by a family of men that all scream and slam there fists down whilst playing cards at the poolside. Customer service is non existent .... no entertainment at all . Pool is dirty.... dark and unlighten so quite scary at night . In the middle of no where and only a really expensive supermarket next door .... multiple guests came upto me during my stay to say they'd had very bad experiences .one man had all his wallet and cards stolen. So it made me feel very unsafe . No tui rep visit so no one to talk to ... also false advertising on the website as loads of things that were meant to be offered weren't available . I'd never go back ruined my experience totally . I wanted to leave on day 1 but couldn't afford to come home early .
