首先必須聲明，這裏算是我溜達一圈，裝修最好的，條件最好的。雖然他在山頂，不如在碼頭附近海利村方便，但是，可以説是條件最好的。石頭房，很有特點，非常清凈，夜晚可以看到星星，非常美麗的小島，主要是海鮮太好吃了！前台小哥哥和戴眼鏡的小姐姐，開電瓶車的帥鍋，人超好！非常推薦。如果對住宿有要求，一定要選這裏。完美，早上起來去看日出步行15分鐘到燈塔，完美旅行。
設施：上下樓，很寬敞，條件好。
衞生：乾淨衞生，除了水確實有問題，但是不影響洗臉洗澡，喝肯定是不行。
環境：完美小二層。
服務：五星好評。

三床的房間是上下樓的佈置，樓下是客廳、衞生間和茶水區，樓上是南北兩個卧室，南邊的兩張床房間，北邊是單張床房間，應該都是一米三的床。非常適合一家四口入住，很乾凈。我們12：00瑞安南門碼頭出發，第二天8：00就回了，完美的在過水嶼看了落日，在燈塔看了日出，是一段與美景相伴放鬆的旅行，2.5小時的渡輪，過去會有些許不適，注意一定要少吃東西，回程就完全沒有不適感啦。可以在心蹤民宿直接就餐，也可以在山下餐館就餐，本地居民都很和善熱情。是觀景海島出行推薦地哦！

這家民宿真心不錯，首先位置絕好，東頭10分鐘到燈塔看日出，西頭五分鐘光伏電站看日落，都不用費勁跑到過水嶼。房子都是改造的民宅，石頭房子很有特點，可以算別墅啦，二層動靜分區，孩子很喜歡。室內設施很不錯，衞生乾淨，裝修很温馨，這麼遠的孤島上也不要要求太高了，肯定跟大陸上的酒店比不了。最後一定要強調一下，廚師廚藝是真不錯，家常菜和海鮮都很到位，孩子在北京從來不吃魚的，在這裏直呼好吃。幾個小夥子也很熱情，車接車送，送我們到出玩，還帶我們去買菜買海鮮。以後再來北麂還住這裏。

房間新裝修，整體環境很舒服，就是房間裏味道有點重，衞生間用水有股較重的腥味，民宿在島的高處，徒步爬10分鐘到，叫車10元一人，看日出很方便，提供的早餐也不錯。

碼頭接送，小哥服務態度很好，房間設施也不錯。小缺點是小島上用水用電有點問題，尤其是水，不能有太高要求，我們入住是因為下雨，水比較渾濁，酒店送來大桶水解決了洗簌問題。總的來説是一次滿意的旅行。

渺無人煙超級安靜的小島，用心尋找也會有很棒的風景，海水很藍，有一小片人造海灘🏖️
定的房間是個獨立小房子外觀很可愛，裏面衞生也乾淨，上面是床下邊一個小客廳和衞生間，島上自來水很黃，刷牙洗臉要自己多備一些礦泉水，整體温馨舒適的氛圍。
但是不知道是牆壁還是木頭夏天捂着的原因，房間裏的黴味特別大，第一天開了很久空調和窗子晚上睡覺還是覺得很重，感覺肺裏要長毛毛了。第二天習慣了好一點。
酒店到碼頭是單次車接車送，很貼心，離開的時候司機還帶着我們去沒轉過的另一邊小轉了一下。民宿和下邊一些店裡的員工，大家做事就是都不着急慢慢悠悠的感覺。習慣了快節奏和效率一下子會不適應。但是來小島就是體驗原始生活的，也不需要着急。
島上實在是沒什麼好吃的，第一天在民宿吃很清淡新鮮的黃魚，第二天想着換換口味下去碼頭附近吃，結果也沒有其他的還是很清淡的家常菜，就是不難吃但是沒味道。總之喜歡安靜慢悠悠又原始的環境的可以來一趟哦！

小島很美，很適合工作忙碌後來轉轉。民宿做的很不錯，老石頭房改造得非常有特色。價格也是有一點點美麗的。而且床鋪很軟，前台小姐姐也很不錯。唯獨不太好的就是房間居然沒有wifi。民宿的位置在島嶼的山上，然後山上下山要爬坡，或者是坐十元觀光車，但是，最美的風景都在路上~很滿意的一趟出行
