Lots of roaches!! If there's a negative rating I will do it. In our 2 days stay we encounter more than 30 roaches and this is our first time experience. I was to complain in their office before we checked out and no one is on duty. Maybe they are hiding from the time of checkout and come back after so they cannot hear everyone's complain. And also in their booking site there is free breakfast for 2 but when we got there they said they don't offer the free breakfast anymore 2 years ago. You should update your information so no one will expect in your inclusions. Maybe the roaches is the breakfast?

I am very disappointed it was not very clean and saw roaches inside our unit also the bathroom door wouldn’t close due to a punch hole in the door and bed sheets looked dirty also towels looked brown and dirty smelled pretty clean but just didn’t feel clean at all.

Hotel attempts to provide good service but the off-highway neighborhood is noisy and likely sketchy. The hotel rooms and facility, while adequate, have seen better days.

Bugs in bathroom on several days. No light over bathroom sink so you had to shave by touch. One very lightweight blanket for nights when the outside temp was in the 40's. The room heater worked OK but the air being blown was cool even though the setting was "high heat." I had to borrow a blanket from a friend to be able to sleep comfortably. This was the worst hotel I have ever used.

Not safe feeling for my vehicle, I worried about it being damaged or broken in to. Rough neighborhood and noisy too.
