Exceptional on every level. Supremely comfortable rooms that were quiet and cool. The bed was enormous and the blackout blind a treat. Free coffee downstairs 24/7. A very short taxi or bus ride from the old town and beaches. Just a superb hotel and excellent value for money.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Excellent beds. Clean with all the amenities. Coffee and tea. Quiet.Reception was very helpful. Loved San Sebastian. Would definitely stay here if we return. Cafe next door we also recommend for breakfast.

Buena ubicación por la zona universitaria. Agua, café/té gratis. Acceso con código después de las horas de recepción. Posibilidad de desayuno. Muy limpio y moderno. Fácil aparcar en la zona azul a menos de 4€ por día. Varios bares y restaurantes cerca. Personal muy amable.

Siamo stati 2 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camere spaziose letti e cuscini molto.comodi., bagno grande , tutto molto pulito ,inoltre in bagno ci sono shampoo, docciaschiuma e crema da corpo in dispenser di buona qualità, in camera trovi bollitore ,caffe,the ,latte ,e acqua nel frigobar offerte dall'hotel e la cosa bella che trovi 24 h su 24 una macchina con tutte le bevande calde in una ampia stanza a disposizione dei clienti

Fuimos mi pareja y yo dejando de lado que la colcha tenia un agujero y que las limpiadoras ni barrían la habitación y no cambiaban las sabanas, simplemente hacia la cama, a partir de las 18:00/18:30 no había nadie en recepción y como en nuestro primer día sabíamos como funcionaba el aire acondicionado llamamos a recepción y como no había nadie nos dijo que no tocásemos nada si no sabíamos como funcionaba las cosas y también pedimos unas sabanas ya que estaban rotas y no las habían cambiado y nos dijo que no había nadie en el hotel y que no iban a ir para eso. La habitación se hizo tan mal que no teníamos ni papel para ir al servicio para ese día, por lo que no volveremos

Un hotel genial para pasar unos días. Habitaciones, cómodas, amplias, con gran cama, muy limpio. Instalaciones modernas. A 10' andando de la playa de Ondarreta. Bien comunicado y con aparcamiento fácil.
