早餐幾乎沒啥吃的，環境相當於國內旅社。重要的是注意門是用老式鑰匙🔑，而且上鎖是要擰幾天把的。我夜裡都沒注意到，也沒鎖門

Проживали в этом отеле с 14 по 16 августа 2023 года. В номере чисто 👍 кровать и диван удобные, персонал очень дружелюбный, завтраки вкусные, особенно овсяная каша - она Божественна 😍 понравилось всё. Рекомендую!!!

Отдыхали с 25.06.23 по 02.07.23. Хорошая новая гостиница, чисто, убирают хорошо. Девочкам администраторам Наталья, Рита, Маша и Марина (если не путаю ни кого) отдельное спасибо, приветливые, на все вопросы ответят, замечания любые уч тут (хотя их и не было по сути). В общем качество превзошло цену, что редко в наше время. Завтраки обычные, спасибо, что они впринципе есть за эти деньги. До пляжа 10 минут пешком, кафе и магазины минут 5 максимум. В общем мы остались довольны.

В конце апреля ошибочно забронировали этот отель на сутки. Попросили аннулировать тур и минимизировать штрафные санкции по договору № 615285 в отель Марианна Сочи-Центр в связи с тем, что мы по факту прибыли в отель «Марианна» в Имеретинском районе (там отель с таким же названием). В связи с тем, что мы не местные (из гор. Иркутска), мы не обратили внимания на адрес расположения отеля и поэтому были вынуждены отменить бронирование. Были поражены негибкостью администраторов, которые не вошли в наше положение и не вернули даже части суммы (оплата за номер составляла 2700руб.!). Нечеловеческое отношение!

Скажу о персонале, т.к. сам отель не видела. Бронировала для своих родителей, на одну ночь. Была приятно удивлена! Отношение персонала к клиентам на высшем уровне! Спасибо вам огромное за помощь и гостеприимство! Удачи вам и процветания! P. S. Родителям очень понравилось! Чисто! Уютно!
