Worst experience. Improper coordination between ***ager and staff. Both gives different statement. The ***ager changed the word just one day before about their food rate for a government institute program. Finally, we depend on the very nearest hotel (Neyyar Residency). Excellent ***agement, eventhough it was very late to book a bulk amount of food. Kindly do not suggest this "RB Palace" to anyone.

It was great hotel in nice location. Hotel ambience was good,, near to general hospital and neyyattinkara bus stand. Easily reach to anyone. Restaurant ambience is good overall good but some improvements need please take extra importance.
