Property overall was great!
PROS: Clean, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, room spacious!
CONS: Winter weather COLD single digit temperature and the HEATER IN THE ROOM WAS TURNED OFF!! Our room was freezing. We turned the heat on and left for a couple hours, when we returned our room was warm. Other dislike was that their were children running around the lobby screaming and playing, the same children were still in the lobby 3 hours later… assume they were the property owner’s children.

The front office charged us an insane deposit, then again for our service animal. The room was clean and we loved the shower, but we were unable to sleep in or rest in the morning because housekeeping kept trying to enter our room, kept knocking and bothing us. We won't stay here again.

This hotel was outstanding! The room was extremely large, and very comfortable. It was the cleanest hotel room. I have been in in a very long time! The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure. It was in a great location for eating places and it was a very very safe area.

This was a clean updated motel. the only draw back was the area was not great. There was run down shopping centers all around that were trashy. Lots of homeless camps very close.

When I arrived, the employee at the desk could not find my reservation and it took several calls to other employees to figure out the problem. The room was okay, though they did not do a great job of vacuuming the floor and the towels were not in the best condition. One had a stain and another appeared to be falling apart.

I was not impressed with my stay here. The rooms were not very clean- housekeeping didn’t show up, fridge was dirty, the floors lacked being vacuumed, and I got bed bug bites from the bed/sheets here. Customer service was not very friendly and welcoming. I will not be staying here again.

If I am passing through Tulsa on business I always like to stay here. Near a number of good places to eat, a Walmart if you forget or run out of something and easy off and on to the interstate.

There was cockroaches in the room and stains on the sheets, when I told the front desk attendant about this and showed him the videos of the bugs and sheets in the room; he told me he could spray the room with bug killer but that was all he could do to help me. Very unprofessional, dirty and just disgusting. I told him I wouldn’t stay in the room and wanted to check out and while I was in the office they had a sold out sign on the door. The front desk attendant then proceeded to go into the room, remake the bed with the same exact sheets and took the sold out sign off the door; as they fully intended to resell the room for the night.
