Just amazing

We were meant to stay 2 hours, ended up almost four hours. The variety of trees, bushes, plants and flowers is unparalleled.

An old favourite

We have enjoyed many walks in this popular park, feeding the ducks and geese, appreciating the trees and flowers and other attractions, including a gun from a First World War German U-boat.

Good place to walk and chat

Where have the ducks gone?

I remember shellducks, mallards, teals, 2 types of geese and some other ducks but they’ve all gone. It’s still a nice walk, even minus the ducks and putting.

Relaxing and happy place

The park is very well kept and a beautiful place. We visited the birds, fed the ducks, went to the play park and then had a picnic under the bandstand!
