Ciyun Temple is located in Xinhua Town, Linhe District, Bayaner City, Inner Mongolia. It was founded in 1938 and was built for two earth houses for a Dashan person surnamed Zhang, who was a Han Buddhist monastery at that time. In 1982, the monastery was built on the original site by Miao Jin Lao monks, a 430 square meter Guanyin Temple and an 88 square meter mountain gate.
