Good archaeological museum with impressive mosaic
Very good museum about the nearby archaeological site. We visited this museum after visiting the Dion archaeological park but wished we did the opposite way. There is more information about the places...
If you're there, the entry fee is covered by the one to the Archaeological park, and it does contain some items recovered from there, but it's a bit low key overall.

Museum has good collection of statues, coins, pottery, tools, and more, all from excavations in surrounding areas. Mosaics from thermal baths and villa are impressive.
Hydraulis or hydraulic organ is the most ancient instrument of this kind of the world discovered so far.

The Archeological Museum features the sculptures of Asklepio, his wife Epione and his children and daughters: Podaleiros, Machaon, Hygieia, Panakeia, Akeso and Iaso.
