    More Michi

    Original Text

It is a temple located under a cliff, which is rare in Shimane Prefecture. I went there for the first time by detour from Izumo to go to Mt. Sanbe. It was a pity that the nearby bridge was under construction and the road was not well maintained, but it was good to go.

It is a new shrine where you can feel the mystery of nature!

Iwaneji Temple is a temple located about 15 minutes by car from Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture and Izumo City Station. It's a small dust-like temple, but it's under the cliffs of the mountains and right next to the foot of the steep cliffs, so I felt the power of indescribable. The Jizo-sama dug on the cliff and the Nozenkazura that blooms in summer are famous and worth a visit.

    Quiet, but solemn

    Original Text

It is a temple in the south area of Izumo City called Asayama Town. It is located in a quiet place that is not well known to the locals, but the temple is built in the form of a cliff, giving it a very solemn atmosphere. The recommended is autumn, and the ginkgo trees close to the temple are wonderful.

Walk a little from the parking lot. The nearby ginkgo tree is magnificent. I recommend autumn. There are notes, so let's write memories of your trip. I wonder if there is still one.

a temple in a gap in the rock wall.

    Original Text

It's in a difficult place, but there are small signs so you can follow them to get there. The same is true of the temple, and the rock walls behind it, the surrounding rice fields and the atmosphere of nature were wonderful. It was mysterious. I sincerely thought that it was a landscape that I wanted to keep as it is for the future.
