Hachijogaike is a pond at the entrance of Nagaoka Tenmangu Shrine. You can enjoy seasonal flowers such as spring cherry blossoms and June flowers. When I went, the autumn leaves were just beautiful. It is artificial even if it is called a pond, and there is a promenade around it, so it is good to take a walk.
