It reminds me of the former samurai residence town

    Original Text

It is the only building that extends to the Edo period, which remains in the main tax town, which was once the residence of the middle class samurai of the Owari domain. Buildings from the Taisho Period and early Showa periods remain in the vicinity, and it is a district where many historical buildings remain, so I think it is a good idea to take a walk with them.

    Nagayamon

    Original Text

Only the Nagayamon remains while the condominiums are lined up. It was originally the gate of a samurai residence, and it was not relocated and the location is the same as it was at that time. It is a valuable cultural property that remembers the city of Nagoya during the Edo period.

The only existing する Nagoya City Xiayu Times の Longwu Gate

    Original Text

Only the Nagayamon gate of the former samurai residence stands along the road in the residential area that goes east along the north street of the cultural road "Futabakan". It features a "bansho with a grid (warrior window)" that was permitted only by samurai residences. When I turned behind the gate, I saw the back side of the wooden gate, so I imagined how it was connected to the mansion ...

    Maybe it's fun for a history-savvy person.

    Original Text

I think it would be fun for people with strong history, but I wasn't sure. It is the entrance to the mansion of the Edo period. I think you will go for this purpose, but it is recommended as part of the cultural walk.

Jiangyan Times の Typical な Wujiawu Shimen

    Original Text

It is a typical samurai residence gate in the Edo period. The main body of the building has already been demolished and remains, but only the gate part is preserved. It is about a 10-minute walk from Takadake Subway Station.
