A old town with great river and ocean views. Set on a backdrop of rocky mountain's. A place to have good time especially in summer. Super friendly and safe place to be.
Beautiful little town. Accessible by bus number 60 (every half hour, daily) from Split or by intercity bus (quicker but less frequent) - an interesting and mostly pleasant ride along the coast.
We hadn't planned to visit Omis, but because of the sea they cancelled a boat trip from Split and the receptionist recommended to visit Omis and eat in a restaurant near it.
