Wanfu Temple

Wanfu Temple, formerly known as Yuanjue An, also known as Yuanzhu An, is located on the west side of Dingshan Park in the county seat. Founded in the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, it has survived several dynasties and was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. In 2001, with the approval of the Provincial Religious Affairs Bureau, the temple was restored, and the reconstruction was presided over by the Buddhist monk Shi Dazhi, who raised funds through private donations and alms. The foundation stone was laid in January 2002, and the site was 30 acres to build the mountain gate, Guanyin Hall, Daxiong Hall, Cangjing Pavilion, Prajna Lecture Hall, Yanshou Bridge, and East and West Longfang Siheyuan. , screen walls, towers, pavilions, bridges, corridors and other facilities. The investment of tens of millions of yuan, which lasted 5 years to complete. The monastery faces south and is built on the mountain. It is well-proportioned, with red walls and yellow tiles. It is simple and elegant. It is a destination for pilgrims and tourists.
