This is one of Connecticut's smaller, lesser-known parks, which makes it perfect for enjoying when all of the bigger parks are at full capacity. It has good hiking trails for people at different leve...
Nice hiking right in Ridgefield with pretty water views, hills, rock formations. Ice skating in winter. Plenty of parking. Clearly marked trails. some boggy areas.
1.75 hour Memorial Day hike with teenagers - nice!
We were looking for a state park within a one hour drive and by chance found Seth Low Pierrepont. We packed a lunch and used GPS. We found some trails to be better marked than others. Big thank you...
This is an amazing park with wonderful hikes that are part of our daily routine (we live close by). The setting is stunning with a gorgeous pond. Be sure to follow the signs!
