Huang Shumin Villa is located at No. 99 Quanzhou Road, Gulangyu Island, also known as Jingua Building, which is a key historical building in Gulangyu Island. Huang Cimin Villa is also called Jingua Building. He was named after No. 99 Quanzhou Road, Gulangyu Island. Jingua Building was built in 1922 by a real estate dealer named Huang in Gulangyu Island. After the trip to the Philippines, Huang Cimin immediately bought it as a residence with the seller. Huang Cimin is a Longhai people. When he was a teenager, he went to the Philippines to get rich in business. In 1924, he returned to his hometown with funds. The whole family moved to Jingua Building to settle in. The color of Jingua Building is bold and the shape is strange. Even on Gulangyu Island, where there are many buildings, it is definitely a beautiful building. It is worth seeing. The two golden melons on the roof of the Jingua Building are bright and yellow in the sun, and the charm is simple and eye-catching. The gate building adopts the top of the Chinese mountain, the corners are heavy, and the beams and pillars are decorated with various reliefs. Although this is a private residence, it is still able to enjoy the eight or nine through the wall.
