Lotus Cave

Lianhua Cave is located on the bank of Baishui River, 28 kilometers outside Yanjin County, Zhaotong City, next to Persimmon-Niujie Road. The main attractions are Lotus Cave, Yuquan Palace and so on. Lotus Cave is named after a huge jade lotus-shaped stalactite hanging on the stone wall. The top of the cave is like the sky, the ground is flat and spacious, and it can accommodate a hundred people. The depth of the cave is more than 800 meters. The main landscapes are "Dragon Palace Treasure Hall", "Jade Golden Pot", "Rhino Watching the Moon", "Shuangshan Locking the Moon", "Observation Hall" and so on. Yuquan Palace: About 100 meters away from Lotus Cave, it consists of three parts: "Yiqing Palace", "Red Candle Ridge" and "Yaochi Palace". Enter the cave and go down the spiral stairs for about 100 meters, that is, to the boundary between the big and small Yuquan. Going along Xiaoyuquan, the cliffs on both sides of the river are naturally formed, and stalagmites are all over the place. Stepping into the natural stone gate, it is a spacious palace of stalactites.
