It was close to the roadside station Hirose Tomita Castle, so I stopped by. I was attracted to the magnificent stone wall from the front, but I was also fascinated by the mountain gate looking up from the parking lot. The interior building and garden after climbing the stone steps were also beautiful.

It is an old temple that is overwhelmed by the stately mountain gate. In the graveyard, which is a little far away, there is a grave of the feudal lord of the Hirose domain who ruled the area during the Edo period.
