He Yingqin, the then commander-in-chief of the Kuomintang Army, was also a Chinese representative who accepted the Japanese army's resignation. His office is located next to the old site of the resignation. The place is not very big. There is a conference room next to it. The home is private for a while. It is a bit old but very historical.
