The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. It's perfect if you don't like going out since they have a kitchen and refrigerator provided. However, there is no elevator, so it's better to request a ground-floor room if you have health problems that make it difficult to use the stairs.

No electricity and water on first night and this are the only hotel that doesn't have generator. Still, clean and good hotel. The only problem is the electricity and water for the first night we stayed there.

The staff are very accommodating. They even offered to buy the coffee for us and let us borrow the water heater. They greet you always when they see you.

There is no staff member at check-in, so you need to call to get the pin code for the lock box. There is a 7-Eleven nearby that serves Filipino food, which is convenient.

We had another excellent experience here the staff were very helpful
