Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! This accommodation is only a one-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for travellers with suitcases. It also had one of the best bathrooms among all the hostels I have stayed in. In my experience, A&O hostels generally do a good job of keeping their bathrooms clean and well maintained. Another thing I really appreciated was the hairdryer. It was great not having to take my own one out of my suitcase, which made my stay much more convenient.

In terms of value for money, my partner and I confidently give it a solid 5*. Book with breakfast included — it will save you a significant amount of money. There are a few minor points to be aware of: The city itself is very expensive. The lift and electricity in the room only work when the key card is inserted. At breakfast, you can make Belgian waffles yourself, although using an American-style waffle iron. There are some visible signs of wear and tear, and our shower leaked slightly onto the tiles. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. The morning coffee is very good.

Very close to the Central Station, just a 5-minute walk. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi had some issues; I could connect but there was no internet. The room was also a bit old. Overall, it was okay, nothing special but not bad either.

The crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning. Perfect location, right next to the station so easy when you arrive by train. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. This is my second stay here and my go-to hotel when in Antwerp.

I had a mixed experience at Moxy Antwerp. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and quality. The location is also convenient: you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes on foot or 10–15 minutes by tram, and the largest museum is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store nearby that’s open on Sundays, which is very handy. However, there were several downsides. The check-in process was slow - staff needed to verify something, and I had to wait in the lobby with my 5-year-old child instead of going straight to the room. The “welcome drink” was disappointing: after we had already chosen cocktails, we were told we could only pick from a single limited option. It felt misleading and poorly communicated. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was a dirty table in the room, stains on the bathroom walls, and the room had an unpleasant smell - possibly due to pets being allowed, which raises the question of why carpet is used at all. Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong points, the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

6 min walk from Antwerp Central Station. Easy to get to many places in the city. That’s the only pro. The room was old and equipped with aged facilities. They won’t provide basic hotel stuff in the room such as cleaning sets,bath ropes etc until you go down to front desk to ask from them (yes they won’t bring them up, you have to go down yourself). The A/C switch was not easy to operate, what was set on switch did not match the temp I felt. Pillows quite uncomfortable. Some lady staff at reception were nice to offer help. But some guy staff seemed they were reluctant to work. I checked in at night and it passed shop normal operating hours. The hotel didn’t offer complementary water. There was no vending machine inside or near hotel. There was no kettle provided in the room! So boiling water is not an option. They forced you to drink bottled water from minibar. And everything from minibar was ridiculously expensive. Water is 2-3 x the price of what you pay at local supermarket. A total rip-off. Would definitely not choose this place again.

Great location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and close to a metro station, making it very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. The room was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good.
