"The staff was very good, and the hotel is very central for my benefit since it is 20 minutes, breakfast was good and very varied. I like it very much and we are happy. We will soon be back to spend another or several nights."

"The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready."

"Very distinctive hotel! However, the room was wrong. We set a premium river view bed room with a balcony, but found that the room type given was an ordinary superior bed room with different costs. I didn't bother to change it and didn't find the front desk. The room is small but the hotel environment is very good. It is found that the rooms set by Trip.com are generally not as good as those set by the hotel or other platforms."

"20 minutes drive from the city ~ Parking is convenient, the overall environment is comfortable and clean, the facilities are complete, the service staff are very nice, except that they may have accidentally forgotten to help us with room service ~ but it's okay ~ ~"

"The hotel is amazing and beautiful all around. Meeting the amazing well mannered staff was pleasant. I was greeted right away upon entering the hotel with my wife. John greeted me with a big smile while I was walking through the lobby. The room was something else. I could not forget the view. My wife and I wanted to get away from our hectic lifestyle and forget it for a weekend and the Thompson made that happen. Thank you to all who helped us during that time. I will be coming back."

"The hotel is next to the riverwalk, next to the station, CVS, the front desk does not speak Chinese, the clean and tidy location is very good, the building is very historic and very characteristic. The variety of buffets in the morning is not too much."

"We were looking for a hotel near our family. We received a suggestion from Trip.com to take a gander at La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. The price offered for our lengthy stay was unbeatable elsewhere. I read the reviews and had a few concerns, but you just never know. Now, what I am about to mention I do not say lightly because I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel after an exhaustive travel day on the road. We were greeted by a young lady named Samantha. She was probably the best front desk clerk that I have ever encountered. She was inviting, respectful and welcoming to La Quinta. She asked how our day was and assured us that our stay would be as comfortable as she could make it. She explained everything and directed us to the elevators. As we walked away, she reminded us to call on her if we encountered any issues and wished us a good night. The hotel was clean and safe. I woke up during the night and looked outside the window to check on my vehicle. I found a security vehicle stationed at the entrance of the property. This was good to see and put me at peace. The only issues that I had was the coffee and the room. I found the coffee to be Luke warm to cold on two occasions in the morning. As for the room, the hotel was a non smoking hotel, but I swear someone had previously smoked in the room. The aroma wasn't too bad but I could tell. It was tolerable but unfortunate. You trust visitors to follow the rules but not all can be controlled. A huge thanks to the best front desk clerk Samantha who checked in on us during our week visit. Thank you!"

"The room is clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the sound insulation is slightly poor but does not affect your rest; the location is good, the River walk is very convenient to the scenic spots, I will stay again if I have the opportunity👍"
