All the attractions in Luoyang are great, I recommend the White Horse Temple, Longmen Grottoes, and the museum. The hotel's overall environment is excellent, the front desk service is very good, and the concierge is also nice. Everything deserves praise. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and I had a very restful night's sleep. The location is superb, right next to a shopping mall. During the National Day holiday, any requests were promptly addressed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, highly recommended! Thumbs up! 👍

Pros: 1. **Location:** The location is decent. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and the subway station is about an 8-minute walk away. 2. **Staff Service:** The staff's service attitude was good. I stayed for three days, and they asked every day if I wanted my room cleaned. Any issues I brought up were addressed promptly. 3. **Atmosphere:** The atmosphere was nice. Guests would sing karaoke and play billiards in the evening. The age range of guests was quite broad, but everyone seemed to get along well. 4. **Laundry Facilities:** The price for washing and drying was reasonable. I remember washing was 4 RMB for 50 minutes, and drying was 1 RMB for 10 minutes, which could be stacked. The dryer worked well; clothes were ready to wear afterward. There were two drying areas, one in the laundry room and another seemingly in the hallway. Cons: 1. **Poor Soundproofing:** The soundproofing was bad. The exhaust fan noise was very loud. Even though my room's fan wasn't on, the noise from other rooms would carry over – it was all luck of the draw. On the first night, it was loud all night long; I could hear it even with earplugs. The staff also started making noise around 7 AM. 2. **Pillows:** The pillows were too high and hard. The filling was also very dispersed from being used for so long, and there was only one type of pillow available. The sleeping experience was only slightly better than a hard sleeper on a green-skin train. People with neck problems should not try these pillows. 3. **Toiletries:** After using the provided toiletries, my hands peeled once they dried. This has never happened to me before. This might vary for individuals, but it's something to be aware of. 4. **Guest Behavior:** The guests were inconsistent. I encountered people who, among other things: didn't flush the toilet, especially in the mornings, which was very unappealing; were loud and inconsiderate after 11 PM; and used the washing machine improperly (e.g., washing socks). 5. **Limited Women's Laundry:** There was only one washing machine and one dryer for women. If you needed to do laundry urgently at night, it really came down to luck.

Upon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window. Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel. The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too. In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

This accommodation's location is excellent. First, it's newly renovated and very clean. The service is fantastic; any requests are immediately addressed, and everyone is incredibly polite. Secondly, the location is superb, right on Dongdajie Street. A short walk north leads to the subway entrance, which is very convenient. Since we were traveling with a child, we primarily used tuk-tuks and taxis, which were always easy to find. Downstairs, there's a small street featuring snacks, Hanfu makeup and styling, and boutique shops. A short walk east brings you to the North Gate of Luoyi Ancient City, where we watched the 'Celestial Maidens Scattering Flowers' performance. Walking west, you'll find Shizi Street, which has an abundance of snacks.

Having stayed in numerous B&Bs in many places, this one truly sets the bar for affordable luxury! Initially, I was looking for a place with a courtyard, thinking it'd be lovely to relax there in the evening, but I passed on it because it didn't offer breakfast. After comparing over a dozen options, I chose 37. While the environment might not be the absolute best, the service at 37 is truly top-notch, five-star worthy! Anything I needed was promptly provided. I forgot my face wash, and the owner quickly brought some over. She even enthusiastically drove me the few hundred meters to Mingyueyan. She mentioned they have five or six trishaws just for guests who don't feel like walking – how cool is that! The food she cooked was also delicious, much better than what you'd find in the snack street. The B&B's location is also excellent; the bus stop and snack street are just a few hundred meters away. If I ever visit again, I'll definitely stay here!

Everything was great. The stuff is very helpful, even if they didn't know English at all.. Restaurant was good, ate there most of my evenings. Very clean. Great gym! Only thing is the pool didn't work which for my was a surprise because this was one of my reasons booking this hotel. Will come back if I'm in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, one of three properties in Dengfeng owned by the same friendly couple. Its location is excellent, close to Songshan (Taizishan), the city center, and just a short drive from the Shaolin Temple. Our top-floor room with traditional futon beds was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for our family. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They offered excellent local recommendations, booked tickets for the Shaolin show, and even drove us there themselves. Their hospitality was exceptional: they provided us with rain gear when the weather turned, treated us to fresh fruit, delicious Pu'er tea, and even let us sample some red wine. A varied breakfast was served every morning. Our children especially loved spending time with the hotel's friendly dog and two cats, which made the atmosphere feel even more welcoming and homely. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dengfeng.

The hotel's location is great, right next to Gulou Night Market, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, you can see Daxiangguo Temple. It's also not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about 2-3 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. The room is exceptionally spacious and very clean, with complete facilities including a smart toilet, Tmall Genie (smart speaker), massage chair, bathtub, and a large projector. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, bubble bath liquid, foot soaking tubs, and heated eye masks. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can come back to the room, get a massage, take a bath, or soak your feet to relax. During the day, the lobby offers watermelon and small snacks, and in the evening, there are cocktails and late-night supper. The service is very warm and welcoming; whether it's the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone is always smiling and ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

The bedding was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked great. Although the room wasn't large, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was excellent. The breakfast suited my taste perfectly, and the coffee was fragrant. This was my second stay here. The parking was further away this time, the courtyard had changed, the little cats were gone, and the trees downstairs had grown taller. The receptionist on the second day had a welcoming smile.

This stay at the Friendship Hotel definitely deserves a good review. The front desk service was thoughtful, warm, and attentive, offering tea and towels. Check-in was efficient and swift, and my needs were promptly met. A special shout-out to Guo Xiaodan at the front desk, who was genuinely warm, friendly, and professional. She patiently recommended local delicacies and nearby tourist attractions, which I really appreciated. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and cozy. The ventilation and lighting are good, and the location is convenient for getting around, with a subway station right outside. The complimentary late-night noodle soup was a unique touch. Overall, I am extremely satisfied; my stay experience was fantastic! I look forward to visiting Luoyang again. I haven't tried on Hanfu yet, so I definitely will next time!
