Facilities: Great, they have everything. The drying rack for clothes was very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean, made for a comfortable stay. Environment: Excellent, very close to the subway station and even closer to Luoyi Ancient City. Service: Fantastic! They gave me a bottle of warm mineral water and a souvenir gift right when I entered. Summary: I'll definitely be back next time!

The location is convenient because there is a mall across the road, and there are many street snacks to the east and north. The staff were all informative and efficient. Breakfast was fine, and the room was comfortable and quiet

This hotel boasts a fantastic central location. The front desk and housekeeping staff are also very attentive, friendly, and polite. However, during my stay, there was renovation work happening on the same floor as my room – loud hammering and drilling made it impossible to relax. It seems the hotel management needs to better coordinate with the renovation team, as managing the timing of construction is crucial. Also, please, please try to avoid parking vehicles at the hotel entrance and in the pathways, as this gives taxis and ride-sharing services an excuse not to pull up to the hotel entrance.

The room had a great view, and the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, very close to Xigong Xiaojie. We visited the City Balcony, and the subway access nearby was also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy; the butler had prepared it in advance, and any issues were quickly resolved with a quick message, which was excellent. The hotel's hygiene and environment were both great—clean and comfortable. The room size was decent, and it even had a capsule coffee machine. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western, and overall, it was quite good with a rich variety and delicious food, including basic Luoyang specialties. All the staff we encountered provided excellent service; for example, they proactively helped us with our luggage and even asked if we needed assistance with parking, which was incredibly thoughtful. In short, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it. We hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standards.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Having stayed at many hotels, I found the service here to be exceptionally good. The check-in process was handled very efficiently by the front desk lady, taking only about two minutes. The room felt fresh and clean upon entering. The bed linens and duvet covers were neatly ironed, and there were no strange smells. The bathroom was so clean it practically shined. I particularly want to mention the in-room amenities; the toiletries and towels were tidily arranged. The sheets and duvet covers were a moonlight color, clearly indicating they had been thoroughly laundered. What really impressed me was how quickly the front desk assistant helped me with a small issue after I had already checked in. I honestly thought it might be too late to get help, but it was resolved immediately. Even the carpet in the elevator was spotless, showing how dedicated the housekeeping staff are. I slept well at night; the soundproofing was decent, and the air conditioning temperature was just right. Check-out was also very fast, with no waiting. It was a very satisfying stay, with attention paid to every detail.

There are people smoking at the toilets in the common areas and there are also people illegally smoking in their rooms that the corridor smells of cigarette smoke. The hotel needs to be extremely strict in enforcing this non smoking rule to ensure the health and well-being of non smokers. The smell was so bad near the restaurant corridor that I had a blocked nose thereafter.

Decent hotel. I think they should work on their internet seevice. Not so great. Lovely hotel and beautiful view from the room. Keep it up.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

A 5-day family self-driving tour from Beijing - Shijiazhuang - Zhengzhou - Luoyang - Xi'an, along the way we found the hotel with the best environment, best service, best facilities, most hygienic and convenient, and most cost-effective price! Well deserved! It was also my most satisfying consumption choice on Ctrip. I regretted that I only arranged one day in Luoyang. I really don’t want to leave this hotel and this city. I haven’t had time to use the Hanfu experience coupons given by the hotel. 😭 Next time I come, I don’t have to choose, I will definitely stay here again! Across the street is the Grand Canal Cultural Museum (I didn’t have time to visit it this time). On the night of check-in, we had a big meal at Guan Ji Shui Xi, which was recommended by the owner. The starting price of a taxi from the hotel to Lijingmen, the starting price of a taxi from Lijingmen to Yingtianmen, and the night view of Luoyang! So beautiful! We got off early the next day and walked out of the hotel to the Luo River, where we could watch the sunrise and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The hotel's breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food with a rich variety. The only drawback is that there is no coffee. However, the hotel has its own coffee bar, and a cup of hand-ground American coffee at your own expense is also a good choice!
