Traveling by car, the hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, ensuring I got all the calories and nutrients I needed, which is crucial at high altitudes. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious. The assistant, Xiaocanghu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. They contacted me in advance, and considering the high-altitude environment, helped prepare a portable oxygen tank after I inquired. They also meticulously informed me about breakfast times, the best spots for sunrise/sunset viewing, and important travel tips, covering every detail. I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's 8:30 PM bonfire party, which had a fantastic atmosphere; I even joined in a Guozhuang dance for a bit. When I asked about sunrise viewing for the next day, the staff kindly reminded me about everything. Although we didn't get to see the sunrise due to rain the next morning, the meticulous service throughout our stay made the trip incredibly rewarding. Plus, the hotel offers a free ******* robe try-on service. The responsible staff member patiently helped us get dressed, styled, and took photos, making for a superb and wonderfully comfortable experience from start to finish.
The best value hotel of this trip!!!
I didn't know much about Golog and Maqin, so I booked this pet-friendly hotel without much thought.
Parking was convenient.
They provided welcome fruit and a free late-night snack (although we didn't eat it because we were too full from dinner).
The bedroom was huge, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and there was a bathtub with disposable bath bags. The decor was beautiful, and the lighting was amazing.
All the slippers, tissues, and cups were much better than other guesthouses and hotels; even the plastic slippers were sterilized and packaged.
There's also a restaurant where you can order food, including snacks, desserts, and main courses, and the food was quite good.
The first floor has many postcards, handicrafts, etc., all worth checking out.
I was just planning a standard stay, but unexpectedly, the weather suddenly turned cold overnight. To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with brand new, well-equipped facilities. For a place like Lenghu, it completely exceeded my expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and very detailed, making it feel truly like home. If you're coming to Lenghu, you absolutely must stay at the Xingqiong Secluded Realm Quality Hotel – you won't regret it. I've already highly recommended it to my friends!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful towards us. They let us leave our luggage for the day.
The only downside was that almost none of the sockets worked in our room, but other than that this is a solid hostel for this price range.

I was very dissatisfied with the front desk service. The staff were cold and unhelpful, showing no consideration for guests. (Though one female receptionist had a very good attitude and proactively asked about our room needs).
After checking in, we found trash under the sink in one of the rooms. We called the front desk, but no one came to address it for 20 minutes. It was almost 8 PM, and we had just arrived from Chaka Salt Lake, eager to go out for dinner. Even if they couldn't clean it immediately, they should have at least provided an explanation!
Our booking included minibar service, but there was none in the room. When we went to the front desk to inquire about both issues, the staff were cold and dismissive, and no one even apologized. You are in the service industry; shouldn't basic courtesy be a given?!
Later, they said they would restock the minibar for me, but it still wasn't there when we returned after dinner. Although Ctrip resolved the issue, it wasn't just about the small items; it was the feeling that the hotel showed no consideration for its guests.
Then, at checkout the next day, there was still no reaction. What did Ctrip say? Who is lying here?
It's both infuriating and ridiculous.
After looking at many hotels, I finally settled on this one. My first impression upon entering was how clean and spacious it was. The front desk staff greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. The room amenities were excellent, including oxygen supply and sleep aids. The hot water was great with good pressure. The breakfast spread was very diverse, and they even kindly advised us to eat during off-peak hours for a better experience.

This hotel continues to impress me after multiple stays. The in-room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and all sorts of daily necessities are fully stocked. The housekeeping is meticulous and thorough; the room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is free of standing water and grime, making for a worry-free stay. The service team is kind and attentive, proactively offering thoughtful services like drinking water and travel directions. Transportation is a breeze; the airport shuttle stops right at the hotel entrance, saving time and effort for trips to and from the airport. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors offer an exceptional view, and the city lights at night are picturesque, with the stunning nightscape truly soothing away travel fatigue. It's my top choice for travel. (Airport shuttle)
Stepping into the hotel, the atrium's scenery immediately caught my eye. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise, with two clean and tidy beds and cute throw pillows. The landscape painting on the wall complemented the overall style perfectly. The surrounding views from the hotel were also great, and the facilities and services were excellent. From check-in to check-out, every step was delightful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
This is arguably the best B&B near A**qing. Nestled against a snow-capped mountain lake, the temperature swings dramatically between day and night. In the afternoon, the air is filled with the scent of yak-grazed grass. With few predators, the rabbits and rats on the nearby lawns have grown into enormous rats.
The entire B&B has only five rooms, but the staff is well-equipped. The Sichuan chef's cooking is excellent. 👍🏻 The ******* dinner we ordered was also very good. The traditional ******* steak was a bit tough, but the meat's milky flavor developed over time.
Environment: Located near the county seat, the B&B has a somewhat ”high-end farm stay” feel, attracting weekend visitors from nearby counties. There are hiking trails nearby, a small lake, and the B&B has horses where you can try horseback riding and archery.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, and I even got a free upgrade. It was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming, especially an older staff member at the front desk who proactively greeted me and helped with my luggage to the room, which made a great impression! Breakfast was also good.

Ssherry1229Location: Centrally located yet quiet, conveniently close to the Provincial Museum and easily accessible by car.
Service: Professional, likely due to their frequent corporate guests. We received a complimentary (and delicious!) Qinghai yogurt upon check-in.
Facilities: The room was spacious and bright, equipped with a humidifier. We were upgraded to a higher floor, offering excellent views.
Breakfast: A good variety of dishes, and items were replenished promptly. The yogurt was delicious.
Drawbacks: Firstly, regarding facilities, there was no physical separation between the bathroom area and the bed. While this created an open feel, it compromised privacy and proper zoning. Additionally, the layout was a bit awkward: the tea/coffee station was immediately to the left upon entering, with the wardrobe further inside, which wasn't a very practical flow. Secondly, I struggled to figure out how to switch the shower function on the bathtub faucet, and the water temperature wasn't as hot as in the main shower. Thirdly, when I asked for a to-go cup for coffee at breakfast, the staff member replied (verbatim): 'This is a buffet; you cannot take it out!😑' This felt a bit inflexible and lacked a personal touch. I'd suggest they learn from similar hotels in other popular tourist provinces to further enhance their service.
Summary: My stay was in late August, towards the end of the peak tourist season. For a price of 400+ RMB per night, the facilities and service offered excellent value for money.

AAisi°Good times are always short. This trip is really unforgettable for me. Here, it is not only a vacation, but also a place to let go of everything and feel the flow of life.
The housekeeper Xiang Mao is a very cute and smart ******* girl. She is shy and very considerate. She cares about whether I am cold or hungry every day, and the arrangements are very appropriate. When taking pictures outside, it is Mao Mao who helps me to organize my clothes. She is more worried than me that I can't make pictures.
The housekeeper Leng Ben is a handsome ******* boy who speaks Chinese very well. Every night after the bar, he is the one who organizes and cleans up. He is also very good at mixing drinks and archery. He is also very good at physical work.
Sanhua is the store manager, a wanton and kind girl. Her photography skills are very good. I can feel her strength from the lens. Fortunately, she also drove me to the nearby temple.
I live in a mountain view room, opposite to Zongka Mountain. The scenery is very good. You can feel aesthetics and art everywhere here.
Pipi is a very cute designer. She is carefree, sweet, real, and pure.
I especially recommend everyone to come here, to experience the intangible cultural heritage, to feel the beauty of nature, to stay with yourself, and to meet more wonderful people.
Looking forward to your story~

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby is shown here. The rooms are located in a separate building next door, and the style and facilities are quite different from the main building. It was quite a psychological difference. I didn't see any oxygen generators or other equipment. The upside is that it's close to the scenic area, only about 10 to 20 minutes by car from the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Downstairs, there's a row of small restaurants, and the prices are a bit pricey but acceptable.
AAnonymous UserHygiene: When the room is vacant, the window is open, so there will be dust in the room. There were dead mosquitoes on my bed sheet (I cleaned it myself). People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully;
Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it;
Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon.
Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature.
Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel;
Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience.
Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.
GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator. After visiting the Salt Lake, my pants were covered in salt, and the hotel staff kindly took them to be washed and delivered them back to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. I slept soundly until morning. When I woke up, I saw a thick blanket of snow outside and even got to play in the courtyard for a while. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling here – it's well worth a stay!
