The location is super convenient, right off the highway, and there's a convenience store nearby. It was a nice touch that the front desk staff spoke Cantonese.

Our stay in Okinawa was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, right by the shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and everything else. Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and impeccably clean. The separate shower and toilet were a really practical touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even went out of their way to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes. Overall, it offered great value for money and perfectly suited our vacation needs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The location of the hotel was very strategic and close to the Naha Airport. Check-in and check-out was also hassle-free with staff available 24 hours to assist.

It’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.

The room size was decent, though the furniture looked a bit dated. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. For just 300 yuan, it offered fantastic value for money.

Taking bus TK05 from Naha Airport, it took about an hour to get directly to the Rihga Royal Resort Okinawa Chatan in American Village. There's an AEON, a large GIGO claw machine arcade, ramen shops (like Chifaymaru), Red Lobster, Family Mart, Lawson, Gyu-Kaku, On-Yasai, and more nearby. There's also a beautiful beach 🏖️, and cycling around the island was amazing! The hotel rooms come with cooking facilities (you need to ask the front desk for cooking utensils and tableware), a washing machine (with individual laundry detergent packets provided), slippers, toiletries, and even sauna equipment in the room (with instructions on how to use it). In a word, it's fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!

All excellent for us. Great location near monorail station. 2 cans of beer for adults/night with complimentary drink extremely suggestion for drinking activity. But breakfast is not full line buffet like others Japan hotel.

Okinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori (International Street), and you can continue walking from there to Naminoue Shrine and the sunset beach. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and diverse! They have freshly grilled burgers, various Japanese dishes, and even a make-your-own noodle station which was delicious. My room on a lower floor didn't have a window, which felt a bit confining, but my room on the sixth floor had an open and spacious view. There's a large banyan tree with a historic feel right outside the entrance. You can also find some really good omurice and izakayas in the surrounding area.

The facilities and location are great, close to convenience stores. Although there's no bathtub, the shower has full-body jets. The room has large windows, perfect for enjoying the harbor view, and offers good value for money. The only downside is that the hotel Wi-Fi is a bit unstable.

Good hotel overall and clearly very new, but not quite at a 5-star level yet. The rooms and facilities are modern and well maintained, but there are some noticeable gaps — no room service and no bar by the pool, which feels like a miss for a resort of this category. At check-in, I had to wait until around 15:30, which suggests the hotel may be understaffed. The beach/sea is just okay, nothing special. On the positive side, the promotional video is excellent and sets high expectations. 全体的に良いホテルで、施設も新しく綺麗ですが、現時点では5つ星ホテルとしては少し物足りない印象です。客室や設備はモダンで快適ですが、ルームサービスがない点やプールサイドにバーがない点は、リゾートホテルとしてはやや残念に感じました。 また、人手不足なのか、チェックイン時に15時半頃まで待たされました。 ビーチや海は可もなく不可もなく、特別良いとは言えません。 一方で、プロモーション動画は非常によくできており、期待感を高めてくれます。
