We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

The room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us, and the service was good value for the price. Access from the room to the pool was very convenient. The swimming pool is large and suitable for both kids and adults, with shallow areas on both sides for non-swimmers and deeper sections in the middle for more confident swimmers. Breakfast was plated and reasonable for its price. The room tended to be a bit humid, and the pool had a strong chlorine level, so using swimming goggles may be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. The location is excellent—very accessible and close to everything you might need. It made getting around so easy and stress-free. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. The beach was absolutely beautiful—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. What I also loved most is that there are plenty of nearby establishments for food and leisure. From restaurants to small hangout spots, everything is just a short walk away, giving you more options to enjoy your stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly come back again!

My family and I recently completed a 4-day stay at the Amber Hotel, booking three rooms. This was our third time choosing this hotel, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. The Highlights: Location and Service The hotel’s biggest asset is, without a doubt, its location. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring Cebu City and accessing various tourist spots. The staff, as always, were a standout. They are genuinely accommodating and responsive; any issues we raised were addressed in a timely and courteous manner. This consistent, warm hospitality is a major reason we return. Another consistent highlight is the breakfast. We love the wide array of Filipino breakfast delicacies on offer, it’s a fantastic way to start the day and a real taste of home or a treat for visitors wanting to experience local flavors. Areas for Improvement: A Couple of Minor Annoyances While our overall experience was positive, there were two recurring issues we hope the management can address: 1. No Complimentary Slippers: This is a small but noticeable miss. In my experience traveling across the Philippines, this is the only hotel that doesn't provide in-room slippers. For guests, having slippers is not just about comfort but also about basic hygiene, allowing us to avoid wearing outdoor shoes inside the room. When we asked, we were told we could purchase them, which feels out of step with the standard amenities offered by other hotels in this category. 2. Bathroom Drainage Issue: There's a persistent problem with the shower drainage. During a shower, the water doesn't drain quickly enough and overflows, spreading across the bathroom floor and around the toilet bowl. We did report this, and the staff responded by removing the metal drain cover, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue remains, and the entire toilet area still gets wet after every shower. Final Verdict: Still a Solid Recommendation Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend the Amber Hotel. The prime location, the genuinely hospitable staff, and the delicious breakfast far outweigh the negatives. It remains a solid and reliable choice for families and travelers alike. We will likely be back for a fourth stay and hope to see these small issues resolved.

Had a 1-night stay at Solea Mactan and we really enjoyed it! The room was nice and comfortable, staff were accommodating, and the pool area was definitely the highlight. Great place to unwind even for just a short stay. Would love to come back! ✨

Booked this hotel as it provided free pick up from airport after we arrive past midnight. However, due to our flight delay by an hour, we couldn't locate the driver despite attempting to look around and walking around at the arrival area for 15-20mins. We ended up booking our own transport over and was told by the hotel that the driver was waiting for us at the airport. There was no way for me to contact the driver - I've attempted to contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and email without a reply which I suppose is fair since it was around 2.30am. Nevertheless, other than this, the service was decent. Room was old but spacious.

This my second time staying in Bayfront. The staff are very warm and helpful. Cleanliness is top notch. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Delicious breakfast everytime. Lovely roof deck pool. Location is superb.

Room of Toyoko Inn Cebu is very well maintained with all facilities working well, clean, good layout, comfortable mattress & pillow, has safebox, fridge, work/dressing table with mirror, Youtube on TV, very hot water, rain shower, small bathtub, plenty of power sockets accepting various type of plugs. All to established Japanese standards. But wifi is weak in the late afternoon, bathroom is small with bathtub obstructing leg room at wash basin, complementary coffee is lousy & unfortunately no rooftop viewing. Wena & Charles are very friendly & helpful while Nicole is very well organised & always correcting colleagues' shortcomings. All staffs are very courteous. Breakfast is plentiful Japanese intercontinental buffet constantly being replanished by very dedicated staffs. Hotel's 2 center lifts opens directly at 2nd floor in to SM J Mall, this is huge plus besides the free punctual airport pickups & dropoffs time table after notifying hotel. Get phone SIM cards at half the airport prices from Wiwu shop at the 3rd floor Cyber Zone in SM J Mall just next door.

Price is affordable but the place is great and this is my 5th time I stayed in this Hotel. All staff are very accommodating and kind, foods are yummy😊

I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!
