⭐ “A True 5-Star Experience Disguised as 4 Stars” ⭐ This hotel may officially carry 4 stars, but in every meaningful way, it delivers a true 5-star experience. From the moment of arrival, everything is handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine professionalism. The staff are exceptionally attentive without being intrusive — always present, always helpful, and clearly well trained. You feel welcomed, remembered, and valued as a guest, which is the hallmark of real hospitality. The rooms are immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Comfort is clearly a priority: high-quality bedding, excellent soundproofing, and a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping standards are outstanding and consistent. Facilities are impressively well managed. Every area — from common spaces to amenities — feels cared for, organized, and intentional. Nothing feels rushed or neglected. The hotel operates smoothly and quietly, which speaks volumes about the quality of management behind the scenes. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. Small gestures, efficient service, and a sense of pride in what they offer elevate the entire experience beyond expectations. It delivers the refinement, comfort, and reliability normally associated with top-tier 5-star properties. This is one of those rare hotels where the rating undersells the reality. If you are looking for comfort, quality, and service that exceeds expectations, this hotel absolutely deserves to be considered 5-star in practice, regardless of what the official classification says. Highly recommended — and a benchmark for what hospitality should be.

This hotel is located in the heart of Brasov's famous popular tourist spot, the old town, and is convenient to walk around and experience Eastern European art buildings and choose a place to eat and drink. Hotel Aro Palace The hotel lobby is exquisite and very large. It is not beautiful. But when you choose to stay, you will not regret it. There should be facilities in the hotel such as a large warm water pool sauna room. This third stop of the Eastern European tour Brasov chose Arrow Palace. Very satisfied. Parking is charged.

The spa pretty much is making the hotel , room is big , vintage still, the restaurant is good but they are calling this so called singing band, once the restaurant is quite busy they are coming over you and pretty much asking for money , is just a different way for beggars, same thing the restaurant around the corner i forgot the name . Of course you have the option to go eat on swissotel which doesn’t have this gypsy beggars coming over you .

The hotel is in a good location, behind the old town, 8 minutes by taxi from Brasov Railway Station. The facilities are very new, the bedding is very comfortable, and the front desk service is great. I will stay again next time.

we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

The hotel is ideal for a quick and relaxing stay in Brasov.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Hotel location is very good, located on the hillside, ten minutes walk to the old town. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy, modern in design and comfortable beds. Breakfast is in the top floor restaurant, with a rich variety and good quality, and the dining can overlook the city scenery. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, and you can feel the boss and team's care for the details.

Very nice hotel beautifully situated amongst the trees and the sounds of nature. We were lucky to be there at a quiet time for a romantic break. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. All in all an excellent stay and we will be going back

Good points: good location and clean environment Concern points : distance from downtown. (15~20 lei tax fee) Recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy mountain view scenery. (I expected to see stars at night, but it wasn’t possible due to the many strong artificial lights).
