قضينا وقتا ممتعاً ٢٥-٢٧ يناير في هذا المنتجع الفاخر جدا كل شي بيرفكت فوق الخيال لا استطع الوصف بدقه الموظفين رائعين مهنيين لديهم تدريب عالي وأخلاقهم عاليه . وأخص بالشكر الانسه ريناد والسيد منصور خالد اخجلونا من شدة حفاوتهم واهتمامهم قررنا العوده مراراً في هذا المنتجع شكرا لصاحب فكرة هذا الصرح في هذا المكان المناسب الخلاب وشكراً للاداره على اختيار هؤلاء الشباب الرائع وعلى الجوده في كل مكان بالمنتجع We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. I would like to personally thank Mr .Mansour and miss.Renad for their exceptional service. The issue I had with the hotel is that they didn’t receive the booking from Trip.com and the team pf trip.com solved the issue. Hopefully this will not happen again. The hotel was average especially since the reason of the trip is to attend the funeral 

Hadi and his services are excellent, clean and staff are excellent. And I realize that it's a new semi-new, which means God's will bless the Compassionate.

Incredible hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed. Villa, stuff, food, everything is excellent!

The environment is relatively clean, parking is very convenient, the service is very good, the younger brother can take the initiative to pull my luggage for me, but unfortunately there is no breakfast, and the design of the bathroom is not good, and the bath is not convenient.
