The location is excellent, it is very convenient in the city centre, shopping and eating around. Hotel facilities are new, very clean and upscale, the service is friendly, the phone is hot and so on.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel located in a great location with many options for dining. Free bottles of water at the desk helped out tremendously. The restaurant in the hotel was nice. Really enjoyed my time.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the exhibition center. Everything is good except that there are no slippers and water. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful (the windows cannot be opened). The toilets and room types are good, and the service is also very good.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Bathroom and shower are run down (shower door doesn't close completely, fixtures are cheap). Front desk was friendly but didn't provide much info or detail about hotel, amenities, where to not park or even room location. Restaurant is convenient, but food not great and service is slow. Not sure we'd stay again except for location is very walkable.

Our hotel stay was generally great. All employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and appreciated. The only issue was not having enough elevators running during busy times of the day.

I think I had a good stay with a neat interior and good cleanliness. It was a little disappointing because the coffee pot was defective, but it would be the best if only that was improved

Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

It was my first time in Denver, and staying at the Hyatt Regency made my visit very pleasant. The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I'd definitely book there without hesitation.

The transportation is convenient. You can take the Free Mall Ride or other buses nearby to Union Station and then take it to the airport. There are free drinks in the lobby and many breakfast options. The bed in the room I stayed in was relatively soft and the air conditioner was a bit loud. I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but the front desk said it was not available. It is worth mentioning that when traveling in Denver, don’t miss NBA games (the hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the Ball Arena. Do not bring handbags larger than 4 inches x 6 inches x 1.5 inches. Backpacks are not allowed). You must also visit Red Rock and Amphitheater.
