Very bad!
It's hard to imagine that guests were allowed to check in without changing the flyers.
That ** is a fine spot, damn it, the more I think about it, the more disgusting it becomes!
Sadly, I only found out the next morning.
We advise you to check in advance when you check in
The front desk apologized. In such a situation, you can really not pay or you can ask for compensation! The stay fee of more than 1,000 yuan is such a poor hotel, and it is also a chain.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is relatively new! The service is also good! The only problem is that parking costs $40 plus a tip, but you can actually park on the roadside for free, so you can pay attention to this when you check in!

Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ā upchargeā for ā stuffā we were either not going to use .

This āboutiqueā hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of allā¦.. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ā¦ā¦not us.

We stayed here for one night to attend my brotherās graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.

Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the toneāwarm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience. Ā Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. Itās rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless.
My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small detailsāwell-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. Itās clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Brown and can be reached on foot. The surrounding environment is safe and clean. It is very comfortable to take a walk. There are many supermarkets and restaurants next to it. Starbucks is on the second floor! The hotel has free coffee in the lobby in the morning, which tastes good!

We choose a room overlooking the water and marina.
What a beautiful view. Really helped with the Winter Blues.
The location is awesome, so close to tons of shops, restaurants, and easy walking.
The pool was so refreshing.
Wish the restaurant and lounge was open for dinner, but hopefully that will change in the near future.
All in all, would definitely go here again.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was great. It was right on the beach. However, once settling into the room we noticed several bugs we had to kill. The bathroom was not cleaned that well, as there was hair in the bathtub, sink and toilet. When checking in, I was not aware of a ādestination feeā that was an extra $80. That was not listed anywhere on the travel confirmation email nor in my digital receipt from the hotel. We were a little disappointed about these factors, but overall we still had a good trip. Just spent more than expected and wished for cleaner facilities.

å¶å¶Let's talk about the highlights first. The hotel provides a shuttle to the city. Although it is very close, it is inconvenient to park by yourself. The hotel driver is very friendly and the recommended Hemingway restaurant is very good
When checking in, the hotel repeatedly charged the room fee. When checking out, I found out and negotiated but never returned it. After that, I contacted Ctrip to deal with it and gave Ctrip a thumbs up.
