I liked the pool. The people were nice. Our bed had a lot of hair on it. We had to get new bed sheets as soon as we got there. Also the vent was in front of the right side of the bed and air blew in our face all night. Lots of sneezing.

The stay was meh. The entire ****** smells like an ashtray... front desk at the hotel was nice, but nothing to brag about/not exceptional. Dining is super expensive and there are almost no vegetarian options (except for in the Asian food court, but then the food was average in taste and still pricey). The room was noisy, music and banging sounds came in from rooms next door or from down below, or something. The bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom in the room were great. No microwave in sight - keep that in mind. Dunks in the lobby being open early in the morning is a lifesaver for breakfast and coffee.

I stay here often when catching a band at the Lighthouse Bar. The check-in woman was very pleasant, efficient, professional and welcoming. The room is modern, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The bathroom is large with great shower pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a coffee pot, refrigerator, full size ironing board and iron which was nice. Would like to see a microwave in the room. The pool is decent size, would give 5stars overall if had a hot tub in pool area. The new spa area looks nice and may try it next stay and the new hotel entrance since last time I stayed, is so much nicer and more convenient.

Booked this hotel for a few of the guys who work for us! It was nice for them to have something to do after work with being out of town for so long. They loved the live music as well. We had an issue checking in with one of the employees that was very unpleasant but her other co worker and the hotel manager made it right and were so kind and understanding. We will be booking again for another work trip.

Not good for stay with kids, except the pool. No where they can go to eat, all restaurants are in the ******. No breakfast or coffee available. Cable cut out every 15-20 minutes. Hotel is clean, but beds were uncomfortable and rooms are VERY small.

House keeping tried entering the room at 9 am and came in at 10am and check out wasn’t until 11am. Also, it’s New Year’s Day and no late check out. Front desk was rude and hung up on me
