Hotels With breakfast in Gegharkunik, Armenia

Very nice resort. Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar. Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though. Another time! Otherwise, great location, friendly, unimposing staff, atmospheric lighting and trees and fallen leaves, cosy bungalow. We had stayed prior to this at the nearby Nirvana Resort, Sevan. Loved both, personally preferred Nirvana. What I would say is that Nirvana was the better lake resort, with bungalows right on the lake, especially if you get Nirvana bungalow #1 or Nirvana bungalow #2 with big bay window and modern fittings (however other bungalows are being renovated, and it's such a friendly, cute, quirky, beautiful site), and Garden Inn Resort Sevan was the better site in terms of beauty with its plentiful trees and facilities (even though not operating to full capacity when we stayed), with a short 1-minute walk from the lake shore and 'public beach'. Уютный отель с отличной локацией, из окна потрясающий вид на горы))) есть чайник, банные принадлежности и отличный напор горячей воды, что очень важно в феврале, когда на улице прохладно и хочется согреться))) Рядом с отелем кафе Parus, рекомендую!!! Очень, очень вкусная кухня, брали севанскую рыбу и люля-кебаб, по ценам очень недорого

The house is in a quiet town, close to Lake Sevan, and taxis are easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete facilities, including a private kitchen for simple meal preparation. You can also pre-order breakfast and dinner from the hosts. The hosts are all very friendly and polite and have four children ranging from elementary school to kindergarten age. Their second daughter even came to play blocks and draw with my daughter, and they exchanged drawings. The hostess is very skillful and prepares exquisite and rich meals that are quite distinctive and worth trying, though our appetites were limited, and we couldn't finish the food both times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
