I had an incredibly satisfying and enjoyable vacation at Hotel L! 🥹 First off, being able to store my luggage before check-in was a huge plus, allowing me to start my trip hassle-free. The welcome gift, though not extravagant, included an eye mask, small snacks, and earplugs, which were super useful during my stay and even came in handy while traveling by train! The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! It's right in front of Gongbei Port, making trips to and from Macau incredibly convenient. Plus, when I had to catch a train from Zhuhai Station in the morning, its proximity meant I was never rushed. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a bonus. And when taking a taxi, simply saying ”Hotel L” was enough – drivers always knew exactly where to go, which was incredibly stress-free. The view of Gongbei Port and Macau from my room was stunning! A special shout-out to Panda Chen, the hotel staff member I communicated with via WeChat 🥹. She was incredibly kind, patiently answering all my questions and providing assistance, which made my entire trip so much more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel L in Macau; it left me with truly wonderful memories. 💛

Stayed during the May Day holiday. Pros: The executive room was spacious enough, and the hotel is located right in a commercial area, so the location is great. Cons: 1. The facilities are relatively basic. There's no coffee machine, no memory foam pillow options, and nowhere to put your phone near the toilet. 2. The executive lounge food was very poor. There's no afternoon tea (only drinks, un-cut fruit, and two types of cookies). The happy hour selection was limited, and the hot dishes were rudimentary. 3. The breakfast on the third floor was unremarkable, lacking any local specialties, and other offerings were just standard fare – only enough to fill you up. Summary: Probably won't be returning.

The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe mountain view room, and the two 1.35m single beds were very comfortable. The memory foam pillows provided were also of good quality. This really must be the most upscale hotel in the Chaozhou area. Environment: The hotel is right by the river downstairs, and you can walk to the Thai Temple and Han Wen Gong Ancestral Temple. Cleanliness: We noticed some hair in the room that hadn't been cleaned up, and the bathroom floor needs more attention. Also, there was an occasional drain odor on our floor. As a benchmark hotel in Chaozhou, the cleanliness still needs improvement. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was quite extensive, with many freshly made local specialties, and the Western selection was also high quality.

Had an amazing time here in Mercure Hotel, located at prime location, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even went the extra miles to recommend the best dim sum place to dine in, tourist sightseeing places and small little tips for us to travel around China. The hotel received taobao parcels on behalf of of us too and they did an amazing job. Hotel room is very clean, sufficient gym equipments and most importantly the laundry room is fully equipment with washer dryer and iron. Will come back again.

First off, the location is excellent. The Qijiang River is just a few dozen meters from the hotel entrance, and Qijiang Park is a short walk to the right from the bridge. Crossing the Qijiang Bridge brings you to the Sun Wen West Historical and Cultural Street and Zhongshan Park. The Ferris wheel is not far away, and the bridge offers a perfect spot for night photos. Secondly, the service was great; they upgraded my room type for free as requested. Thumbs up! Finally, the room was spacious, simple, and stylish, reflecting the standard and professionalism of a brand-chain hotel.

The breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. It's very close to the beach, the environment is great, and the location is super convenient – near the border gate, making it easy to travel to Macau and Hong Kong. The facilities are also well-equipped; for those concerned about hygiene when traveling, the hotel even provides disposable toilet seat covers. The rooms have many thoughtful designs, including a small vanity mirror, and the air conditioner vents have deflectors, which is a very user-friendly touch. The hotel also has a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and irons, which is perfect for modern travelers who appreciate convenience and ease (honestly, I'm comparing you to a certain brand, and you're just as good, even better in terms of service). It's truly considerate. The hand soap smells lovely, and the staff ladies always greet you with a smile. When checking in, they even provide a local travel guide, so you don't have to worry about planning your outings. Any questions you have are answered thoroughly. The breakfast offers a wide and rich selection of items, and the freshly cooked noodles from the auntie at the noodle station are delicious. The hotel also provides four pillows, which is comfortable for using your phone while leaning against them, and convenient for people like me who prefer high pillows. This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next stay.

Traveling with my elderly parents and kids, this hotel was fantastic! It's really close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station. The duplex loft had three bedrooms spread across two floors, which was perfect for our needs. Plus, there's a dining table and chairs, making it super convenient for a group meal.

I really love this hotel, it's definitely one of the top ones in Zhanjiang. The high-floor indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its incredible sea views. The sea view rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge too. The hotel's buffet ingredients are decent, though the food isn't kept warm very well, and the taste is generally just average. However, the cheong fun at breakfast is excellent. It's super convenient to step out of the hotel and take a stroll across the street; the scenery there is lovely.
