Thank you for such a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. The tea provided was delicious, and the showers had consistently good hot water, which was appreciated. The food was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful, including assisting me with arranging food delivery. A thank you to the cleaning staff as well for checking in and making sure everything was in order during my stay. I also received a beautiful little gift on departure, which was a thoughtful touch. This has been one of my best experiences and a really enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you again.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the bustling snack street and directly faces the Min River, offering an amazing view, especially for enjoying the river at night. Definitely try to get a higher floor. The price isn't expensive either, highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is perfect, only 10 minutes away walking distance (with an infant) from Terminal 1, making it super convenient for us. We loved the renovation of the hotel and the beautiful view from the open garden. Our room is very spacious, making it a wonderful place for my baby to walk and crawl around to burn some energy before our flight. I really liked the mini toiletries provided the hotel - the smell reminds me of lavender farm I visited in Australia. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on too! Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep overnight due to our departure time! I paid extra for buffet dinner. Not cheap but worth the money. You can find a big range of food options. I would have loved it if I was a big seafood fan as the seafood session was impressive! However I did enjoy the other food, including sushi, Chinese dishes and the icecream! Overall my baby and I had a great time staying in the hotel, and we would happily recommend it to our family and friends!

I stayed here for 5 nights and the absolute best part was the location. It is incredibly convenient. Just a short walk to IFS, Tianfu Square, Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Station. I literally walked everywhere! Plus, having several spas nearby was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. However, there were a few issues with the room and service: Soundproofing: The walls are quite thin. I could clearly hear people walking in the hallway and doors opening/closing, which was a bit disruptive. Housekeeping: I was disappointed that they never changed the bedsheets during my entire 5-night stay. On one occasion, they didn't replace the face towel; they just re-hung the used one to make it look new. Security/Privacy: I was surprised to find a ******************************* slipped under my door one morning, which felt a bit unprofessional for a hotel.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The service was excellent! Every staff member was so warm and polite. They even offered a complimentary shuttle service to Changpinggou Service Center. The room's cleanliness and facilities were also great. Since it was off-season and not too busy, the front desk even upgraded our room for free. The guesthouse's own small kitchen served delicious food too. After a long day, we enjoyed some stir-fried dishes right there, and their special blended drinks were really good!

This hotel is really great! It has a lot of character, and you can buy adorable panda plushies at a very affordable price. The hotel itself is also very reasonably priced, offering excellent value for money. It's a convenient choice whether you're traveling for leisure or business.

The hotel's location is superb, less than 100 meters from the Dujiangyan Railway Station (Lidui Park Station), making travel incredibly convenient. From the hotel's scenic rooms, you can even spot the仰天窝 (Yangtianwo) Giant Pandas and the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon at Nanqiao Bridge, with stunning night views. The tea room on the top floor offers an even better vantage point for enjoying the scenery while sipping tea. In the basement, there's the 'Yu Hot Spring' with soaking pools to help you unwind and relieve fatigue. The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes.

My flight was delayed, so I landed in the middle of the night. To avoid disturbing my family, I decided to stay at this hotel for a night. It's located right inside the airport, making it incredibly convenient to walk to. The hotel is very new, and the facilities are excellent. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet; the airplane noise was barely noticeable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I was able to get a late check-out until 2 PM. What's more, you can check in for domestic flights directly from the hotel lobby. They even provide an 'Easy Boarding' voucher for expedited security. Overall, if you're looking for a place for a layover or for early/late flights, this hotel is an excellent choice. The hotel has a circular design; one side is the 'Enjoy Hotel' and the other is the 'Cloud Hotel,' which is a bit more expensive.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.
