My experience at Yinqi Tang Hotel was fantastic! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time and highly recommend it! 😄

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a very satisfying experience. It's near Chunxi Road, and only a ten-minute walk to Taikoo Li. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied! The front desk even kindly upgraded my room! It's convenient to get to all the scenic spots by taxi or subway, making it the best choice for travel!

Prime Location: The location is a total winner. We were within walking distance of several major attractions and local eateries. Only few steps to Chunxi road and metro. Seamless Accessibility: Getting around was a breeze. The hotel is situated very close to public transport links, and hailing a ride-share was never an issue. Good Service: From the moment we checked in, the staff were attentive and professional. They were quick to offer local recommendations and ensured our extra towels and amenities were replenished promptly. The Sleep Experience: After long days of exploring, the comfortable beds were a godsend. Even the third bed provided for our group was high quality, ensuring everyone got a great night’s rest.

The hotel's surroundings are excellent, right in the city center with super convenient transportation. The entrance to Line 1 is right next door, and Wenshuyuan Metro Station is only 800 meters away. Public transport is also easy, with a direct bus to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street. The location is great for reaching various attractions, and taxis are readily available and cheap, effectively reducing travel costs. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, with many fresh flower decorations in the lobby. The staff are also very good. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the famous Chunxi Road. The room was comfortable, with a king-size bed and a smaller bed, easily accommodating three people. The room was also very clean. The buffet was delicious, offering both local snacks and some Western dishes. The hotel staff were very friendly. They offer 15 pieces of complimentary laundry service, which I didn't use this time. However, I did use the free, unlimited self-service laundry facilities, and both the washing machines and dryers were brand new. Overall, this hotel is great value for money at this price.

Excellent value for money hotel at a central location. Friendly staff and good cleaning crew. Pretty central location just a few minutes walk away from eastern exits of Tianfu Square station, which worked nicely for me as a first time solo visitor. Good connection to all sorts of places. Slightly curious setup with the ‘lobby’ by the street and the hotel floors dispersed inside the high rise building itself shared with a few other establishments. I suppose if it works it works. Got a 24-hour shop just outside on the left, and ample eateries of various vintage nearby as well. And coffee shops. Room was cleaned and bed remade daily. I would usually prefer to opt out of room service for shorter trips but couldn’t quite find any ‘do not disturb’ or ‘skip service’ sign handy, so just rolled with it. Bottled water and slippers were also replaced daily. Handy for the former, not too sure about the utility of the latter. There's apparently a self service laundry place on one of the floors as well but didn't need it during my stay so didn't explore. Decent view out to the street. Blackout curtains. Kettle and toiletries etc all available. Good WiFi and strong AC. Wasn’t ridiculously hot when I was visiting, but would have been a lifeline in summer. Room was well maintained, with bedding clean and tidy. 4 stars just because the bathroom tiles and fittings really showed their age. I’m reasonably happy they were all cleaned to a good standard, but there’s only so much you can do with oxidised silicone sealants and foam filler. They are probably in the process of doing up the bathrooms tbh, judging by the much sleeker appearance of the corridor and other units. 2 lifts. Can get a bit busy later on in the morning during checkout times, but no problem for the majority of my stay due to early start on trip days. Overall, excellent value for money. Probably wouldn’t recommend it as a honeymoon trip stay, but for regular touristy trips i think would be more than sufficient. Would probably stay there again I've I'm back visiting ChengDu proper.

The hotel is really close to the scenic area's entrance, which is super convenient. They let us store our luggage, and even after checking out, we could still relax in the lobby and have some tea, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit small, making the air feel a little stuffy. Other than that, everything else was fine.

A super authentic Chinese-style hotel, full of ancient charm. The classical bed and the view of flowing water outside the window, with flowers and fish in it, created an unforgettable and endlessly fascinating Chinese experience. There were many foreigners at the hotel, probably here to experience a hotel with unique Chinese characteristics. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager – the young lady was warm, hospitable, and attentive, with a bright and cheerful personality. She left a deep impression.
