The hotel environment is fantastic! The rooms are clean and hygienic, featuring a wet/dry separation bathroom, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. The service is warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient for getting around. They also have a parking lot. Highly recommended, five-star review!

Service was exceptional upon reaching the hotel. Although I wasn't able to make a booking in advance for the free pick-up transfer from the railway station, the receptionist lady was able to kindly provide an immediate service recovery. She was detailed and patient in explaining the hotel provisions as well. I also had a complimentary upgrade to a room that was more spacious. The room was clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities, and they provide complimentary one-time covers for hygiene purposes. Location was great, less than a 5-minute walk to Baoguo Temple. Overall a good stay at this hotel!

The interior and exterior environment, cleanliness, and service of Chengdu Celebrity Hotel are all excellent. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the restaurant is quite spacious. However, most of the dishes are spicy. It is suggested to consider the dietary habits of guests from all over the country by balancing spicy and non-spicy options, or by placing chili seasoning separately so that those who love spicy food can add it themselves—this might be a better approach. Another shortcoming is that our room only had a single fixed showerhead that could not be detached for use. Although there was another one by the bathtub, water would leak onto the room floor while taking a shower. Nowadays, ordinary hotels usually provide two showerheads (one fixed and one movable), and for a five-star hotel, this should not be the case.

Very lovely hotel. We stayed in a room with a river view and absolutely enjoyed the wonderful view. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The housekeeping even provided me with face cloths as they saw that I used cosmetics. The breakfast had a good variety as well. We extended our stay in this hotel and would definitely come again. They even gave us a little present during checkout. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is fantastic; Wenshu Monastery is right outside the door if you turn left. We visited during a holiday, and there was no queue to enter the monastery from this side. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the environment is elegant – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The bedding was so soft I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. Breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee brewed by the owner was delicious. The staff were warm and the service was attentive. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chengdu.

First time staying at Mindong Suyuan, and the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is quiet and serene, and my partner and I had a wonderful stay. The bathtub is very spacious, the room was spotless and bright, and the staff were all very polite. It's also super convenient for visiting the nearby park.

The room is spacious enough and it is very near to the lying panda. I think only a 10 minute walk then 15-20 minute walk to the ancient town. Around 30 minute walk to the famous bridge and 30-40 minute walk to the irrigation system. There are also a lot of restaurants , coffee and souvenir shops around.

This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel experience of my Chengdu trip. Candy provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She added me on WeChat in advance, inquired about my arrival time, arranged turndown service, and offered welcome fruits. She also checked daily if I needed room cleaning. She's an outstanding employee and deserves a raise. Another 'burnt out' employee, Lucky, a West Highland White Terrier, was incredibly well-behaved and loved being petted – it was a delightful interaction. The facilities are relatively new and very clean, and the location is excellent. It's not in a noisy area but offers great accessibility. It's directly accessible from Exit G of Dongda Road Metro Station, only four stops from Chunxi Road, and surrounded by three or four shopping malls. It’s perfect for both relaxation and exploring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Chengdu.

This guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations! The room design is very stylish, clean, and tidy, with an absolutely stunning view – we could admire the snow-capped mountains right from our bed, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; not only did they provide convenient transfers to and from the scenic area, but they also proactively helped us contact and book a vehicle back to Chengdu, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!

After comparing many options for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, and even proactively upgraded us to a Superior Twin Room. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing was great (⊙o⊙). They also provide a complimentary shuttle to the scenic area in the morning. Very satisfied 🤗
