"I was staying at the hotel in order to watch my daughter competing at the World Champs for Rhythmic Gymnastics. It was super convenient to the Festhalle as well as the Skyline shopping center. AAnonymous UserGood hotel close to the train station. The rooms feature a fridge and an electric kettle, and there is an ice machine in the lobby.
Check-out is relatively early (10:00 am), but a late check-out is available for an extra fee (see photo).
It's a recommended hotel and I would gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserThe biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. You can watch planes take off and land right from your window, making it an excellent choice for aviation enthusiasts.
However, the location is somewhat inconvenient in terms of transportation. If you try to walk directly from the airport to the hotel, it feels like you are walking right on the main road, which feels a bit unsafe. You really need to take a shuttle to get there, but the downside is that the shuttle isn't free and requires an additional fee.

AArchDragonWe visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it.
The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests.
We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out.
However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting.
A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

GGuest UserI had been staying at this hotel for 6 consecutive days. The night before, I extended my stay for room 417 at the front desk. The hotel system has a complete record of my extension, and it was agreed that I would continue to stay in the original room. When I returned after going out, the hotel, without my consent or prior notice, unilaterally changed my room and altered the accommodation agreement.
The new room had no duvet and no bath towels. I had to go downstairs repeatedly to request all basic amenities. One male front desk staff member was extremely rude and demanded an additional 1.90 Euros for a bath towel, even writing a note that said 'It cost 1.90 Euro.' I have uploaded a photo of this note as evidence. It wasn't until this staff member's shift ended that another staff member provided a bath towel free of charge.
As an elderly traveler who doesn't speak any foreign languages, I had to rely entirely on a translation device for communication, which made interactions extremely difficult. Throughout my stay, I distinctly felt discriminated against due to the language barrier, leading to a terrible experience and leaving me feeling deeply wronged. I didn't get a chance to take photos of the missing items in the room due to the rushed circumstances, but all the guests staying in the same room that day can corroborate my account.
I am attaching a formal complaint document in both German and English, demanding a formal explanation and apology from the hotel regarding the unauthorized room change, the staff member's improper charging, and the poor service, as well as reasonable compensation.
The hotel system can retrieve the extension record directly, so I don't need to provide any receipts.
While I don't have photos of the room lacking bedding and towels, there are other guests who stayed with me who can testify to this.

and safe place to walk in the middle of the night
From Frankfurt international Airport is easy without taking a taxi. From terminal 2 take the bus outside FREE to terminal 1 then go down to -0 Not O by my daily pass to RMV just behind the ticket machine since I got trouble of buying through ticket machine. From terminal 1 S 9 or S8 . It was 4 minutes to walk to Hotel Cult. The customer service Miss Hanna let me have my room early. A nice guy ( customer service let me a German charger. I truly appreciate it Aldo a morning duty gave me Free bottle of water. No water and no coffee machine . The night duty guy also friendly talking to me as I wake up at 1:00 AM and so hungry I asked for a place where are bars. Right the place is too safe to walk alone at night. As I went back home I lost my way I do another direction following the light. A guy near the commercial bank neat told me too far from the hotel Cult. He took a Uber drove me at the hotel . I never ever got scared walking alone in the middle of the night holding my Kebab which so delicious too. Wow amazing almost same in Singapore a very safe place to walk at night!!!
Room is too small o can’t move my things freely as I can , but nice windows to see the beautiful street outside. The next day housekeeper lerp my room clean and 22nd day I request to change bed sheet perfect housekeepers this guy is truly helpful and towels are white.colours but look old. A friendly and helpful housekeepers when I asked something. Lidl just a minutes across the street. I truly recommend this hotel for 3 nights with Fridge. Perfect air condition and comfy bed although dark hallway or corridor. It doesn’t look like a hotel . But overall safe , clean and good customer service and breakfast a lots of selected cheese and selection of bread and juices etc etc. I truly love the breakfast! Thank you guys !

澐澐錦 國際教育My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. I was lucky enough to stay on one of the higher floors with a lovely view overlooking the swimming pool.
Although my schedule was so busy that I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool or the sauna this time, I would definitely love to experience both on my next visit.
I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future. One of the biggest advantages is the complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service, which departs approximately every 20 minutes from Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1, Exit B5. It is incredibly convenient and makes travelling to and from the airport completely stress-free.
The 2 glass bottles of German mineral water is amazing too.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Frankfurt.

DDianjishezhinichengWhile not quite on par with a Westin in China, the facilities here are pretty good for Germany, especially since it has air conditioning. Plus, it's conveniently located near a metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Frankfurt is quite small, feeling no bigger than a county town, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions from the hotel. The breakfast here is excellent; for a country like Germany, which isn't known for its culinary scene, that's saying something.
