"mala experiencia no por la estancia en si sino por el sucesor mucho ruido por la noche debido a un viaje de jóvenes. Más de 5h sin poder dormir, gritos, portazos, música. avisamos a recepción y únicamente llamaron por teléfono y no hicieron mas. Tuvimos que salir a poner orden nosotros y aún así no hemos podido descansar en nuestro viaje, la habitación precisamente barata no era"
CClementine TsengThe room is much larger than expected, the bed is very large and comfortable, the toilet is old but well equipped. The most surprising thing is the breakfast, so the items are very delicious. The location is also perfect and the price is very high.
DDavid OhanaThe staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave.
Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment.
At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before.
Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level.
The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.
Ookpc99There are McDonald's and local restaurants next to it, a dia supermarket is a five-minute walk away, and it takes about 19 minutes to walk to the Church of Our Lady. Parking is very convenient.
1118752****The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is right by the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The facilities are relatively basic, but I guess most European hotels are similar. What really stands out is the excellent location, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.
GGuest UserThe hotel corresponds to 4*. The city center is 20 minutes walk away. The hotel has a parking lot in the building for 13 euros/day. The rooms are spacious, very quiet, good soundproofing. Breakfasts are normal, no fresh vegetables, pastries are not tasty. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioner copes with the heat.
A good option for its price.
GGuest UserHotel in a quiet area, modern, well located, near the shopping centre of Gran Casa and about 20min walking from the centre and the basilika of the Pilar and with tram stop at the door. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough for two people, good temperature of hot water and good pressure of water that is very important for me. The bathroom was a little deteriorated, with typical silicium a little dark and regularly remasted, as well as the crystal, always insufficient in most hotels so that the water does not leave the bathroom. We can't comment on breakfast because we only take accommodation (there are enough places around to have breakfast at a reasonable price).
WWK3112Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well.
We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.
GGuest UserOur second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!.
The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.
GGuest UserEverything was fine. The only thing that dampened the experience was that there was no air conditioning. The system was there, but it didn't work, and it was very hot. I don't know if the air conditioning was damaged occasionally or if it's always like this, because I'd think about it next time if I go in the summer.
