"My stay at The Loft House Ibiza was amazing!
As I arrived early in the day, I couldn't check in right away, but I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail by the pool. I was able to relax there while my luggage was safely stored. I found a beautiful and very spacious apartment, with a nice balcony offering a partial sea view and a stunning sunrise! Everything looked brand new, as the hotel had just opened. The beds were wonderfully large and firm, located in a comfortable bedroom with air conditioning and effective blackout curtains. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was lovely, with soft towels and plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room also had a fantastic (sleeper) sofa and was very comfortable, also equipped with air conditioning. The entire apartment exuded a sense of calm and was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated.
The staff were incredibly friendly and knew me by name, which immediately made me feel at home. The service was very personalized, and everyone greeted me. The personal welcome note certainly contributed to this. There were also fruit and bottled water in the room. A special mention goes to Barbara: I've never met a receptionist who was so energetic, friendly, cheerful, authentic, helpful, and proactive. Truly a huge asset to the hotel! Thank you for everything, Barbara!
The accompanying bar, Fenomenal, serves a fantastic breakfast, which I enjoyed every morning. You also get a discount on other menu items. The tacos are highly recommended!
Additionally, the hotel is very centrally located, right in the heart of the lively center. For example, the Punta Arabi hippie market is just a few minutes' walk away. Across from and next to the hotel are several establishments that are open until late at night. This was very convenient, but I experienced no noise issues. It was also great that the hotel has private parking spaces, as parking in Es Canar itself is not easy.
It was with a heavy heart that I had to leave this wonderful place, but I will definitely be back! A beautiful new permanent address in Ibiza! Truly recommended, with excellent value for money! ❤️"

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa in Alcudia for a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being.
Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient.
Hotel Staff:
The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep.
Room Experience:
My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated.
Restaurant & Food:
The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing.
On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them!
Facilities:
The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views.
Solo Travel Notes:
I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

GGuest User“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner.
The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence.
The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00.
While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy.
Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car.
In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

GGuest UserVery comfortable bed and 10/10 pillows. Spectacular sea views, but it is not 500m from the centre, rather double that and there are also 121 stairs. Breakfast is €15 at the hotel. The jacuzzi is small and shared. The staff is very friendly except for the morning receptionists.

GGuest UserI can’t recommend Invisa Es Pla enough for anyone visiting San Antonio, Ibiza! The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Egg Roundabout and literally a stone’s throw away from Lidl, which is ideal for grabbing pre-drinks and snacks for the room.
The rooms have recently been refurbished and you can tell, everything feels fresh, modern, and well thought out. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the Ibiza heat), and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. Spotlessly clean throughout, both in the rooms and the rest of the hotel.
The hotel offers plenty of amenities, but the real standout was the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. A full English is available, along with freshly cooked fried eggs, pancakes made right in front of you, omelettes to order, crispy churros, a wide variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, and meats. To top it off, they offer a great selection of fruit juices, hot drinks and water, all fresh and replenished constantly.
The pool setup was also excellent. There are two pools: one quiet pool for relaxing and unwinding, and another livelier one with a DJ and a great atmosphere. The pool bar made grabbing drinks super convenient, whether you’re chilling or getting the day started with a cocktail.
All in all, Invisa Es Pla strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. Clean, comfortable, and well-located, it’s the ideal base for your Ibiza holiday.

GGuest UserWow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas. I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is.
