I stayed for 3 nights right after a heavy storm. Hotel had no power and we recognize was a tough time. However, we arrived at 3pm and weren't given a room until 5pm. During this time, we had ZERO support from the front desk. No ”would like a glass of water”! No ”I'm sorry for the delay”! Nothing!! The hall was dirt and so the room and linens. Do not recommend! Giving rate 2 recognizing a few members of the staff and the fact that the storm did create disruptions.

I don't usually evaluate hotels but in this case I wanted to highlight the kindness and predisposition of all staff (and the hotel in general). All interactions showed interest and willingness to provide service, from early check-in very early to the arrival, to the attention to serve breakfast, or to print an email or suggestion of a place to eat.
