The bed was excellent – ​​high and equipped with a very good mattress. The hotel's location is simply perfect! Right on Baumann Street (the center of Kazan's action), without being disturbed. Since most foreign tourists don't have Russian SIM cards for mobile phones, we rely on Wi-Fi. And this was a problem!!! Wi-Fi didn't work at all in the rooms. Only directly at the reception. I can't say whether this was a temporary issue. During my time there, it didn't work the whole time! The friendly Ms. Rosalia at the reception was very friendly and always helped me when I needed something. Thank you very much for that. Everything would have been perfect, but unfortunately, Wi-Fi is very important for tourists these days.
