"If you're coming from Skadarlija Street, you'll have to drag your luggage over the cobblestone streets (taxis can't access it). The hotel entrance to the front desk is all stairs, so carrying heavy luggage is quite a challenge! (Though the staff did help me carry it.) The building is old but spacious and renovated, and the facilities were new and clean. There was instant coffee provided. I had read reviews saying there were no amenities, so I brought my own slippers, but towels were available. When I checked out, the taxi I had asked them to call didn't show up. When I returned to the hotel, it was already locked (at 11:30 AM). This is a very charming area, once known as Belgrade's Montmartre, where artists used to gather, and there were many Serbian restaurants."

"The air conditioning was terrible; it felt like the vents were completely blocked, making temperature control useless. However, they provided AESOP shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was amazing. What's ridiculous is that the TV initially had YouTube, but then the function suddenly disappeared while I was watching."

"Located in a rather run down building, it's hard to spot. The building facilities are relatively old, and the design of the elevator is also old-fashioned. If the door is not closed after use, the elevator cannot be used. Reception is not a 24-hour service. It was already ten o'clock when we arrived. Fortunately, there were international calls, otherwise we would not be able to contact the staff for checkin. But the room facilities are good, cleaned every day, very tidy."

"Very good hotel. Lovely staff on the desk and the gentleman and lady who serve on the bar downstairs. Even though we had a day of water outage- the hotel provided bottled water and kept us updated. The rooms are clean and modern. Shower amazing. Would definitely return."

"The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the city centre and public transport, which made it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, including fresh fruit, pastries and hot dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travellers."

"The service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar. Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast. Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free. What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant."

"Nice breakfast buffet that included in the price, the rooms are good, but dark with no sunlight and worn out, you can see dirty walls for example. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! Location is not bad, near the center of the city. It was uphill walk to the hotel when I first arrived, thought it’s not really convenient, but you get used to it for walking and not extremely high"
