When we first arrived to check in, the property looked a bit run down. I typically base my stays on photos and reviews, and since this place had an 8.2/10 rating with good reviews and pictures, I felt confident booking it. For something described as a boutique hotel with a spa, I was expecting a more upscale feel. That said, check-in itself was very smooth and easy. Finding our room, however, was confusing. The layout isn’t very clear, and we had trouble figuring out which way to go. We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator—so be prepared to carry your luggage up a full flight of stairs. Once we finally got to the room, it was very large and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The king bed was comfortable, although it only came with three pillows. Unfortunately, the furniture felt worn and a bit outdated, and the AC unit had a noticeable buildup of dust. There was also no water provided in the room, which would have been appreciated. One of the biggest disappointments was the pool being closed—especially since it was still 89 degrees at night. That would have really made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, the pictures online don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the property, which was disappointing.

The room was quite spacious. Downstairs, there are entertainment options and several restaurants for dining. The Las Vegas Strip is just a short walk away, making the location excellent and very convenient for getting around. There's a Macy's near the hotel, and it's only about a fifteen-minute drive to the outlet mall.

Although the state is still under restriction, the ****** is open and the people are out. The restaurant in the hotel was closed but the sister hotel across the street was open. All of the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I love Elko!

This is my go-to place; I've stayed here many times. Whenever I'm in Vegas for a convention, I usually stay at the Luxor. It has everything—food, drinks, and entertainment. The bar downstairs is a must-visit every night. It's a shame how expensive Vegas is getting, though; a drink went from $11 to $18! 😥

Facilities: The room felt quite new, probably renovated in the past few years. Cleanliness: Top-notch. Environment: Located at the northern end of the Strip, it's very quiet, unlike the bustling Bellagio or Caesars Palace. The monorail station is right downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people around. Service: There was a bit of a queue for both check-in and check-out, but it wasn't too bad.

Flamingo Las Vegas is a great choice if you’re looking for a fun, budget-friendly stay right on the Strip. The location is excellent—close to major attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel has a lively, classic Vegas vibe, and the wildlife habitat is a unique and relaxing touch. Rooms are decent for the price, though a bit dated compared to newer hotels. Overall, it offers good value, especially for travelers who plan to spend more time exploring than staying in the room.

If one needs one night of good sleep in the middle of a long trip, this facility serves the purpose well. It’s next to Highway 80. The room is clean, and the king bed is very comfortable. We actually stayed two nights— on the way to Yellowstone National Park and on the way back.

The location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.

The room was spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is super convenient with easy access to entertainment and dining options. They even gave us vouchers for the observation deck, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – a full panoramic vista of Las Vegas. It was an amazing experience!

We actually stayed at the W Hotel next door, which was much quieter than the Mandalay. The only downside was the air conditioning only had a cold setting, no heating. The air in the casino also had a really strong, mixed smell. Next time, I'll stick to a regular hotel.

GGuest UserThis is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling******. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, running every 30 minutes. To catch it, exit through Door 56 in Terminal 3 Arrival, cross two lanes, and look for the blue shuttle sign. It’s a good idea to call the hotel in advance to let them know when you’ll arrive. There’s also an Applebee’s nearby for a quick bite. The Hilton is known for its comfy beds, and don’t forget to ask for their delicious chocolate chip cookies! Enjoy your stay!

CClarine MerrittThe beds and pillows were very comfortable.  However, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, as there was hair and soap residue everywhere.  The bath tub had no grab bars and you had to get all the way in the shower to turn on water.  There was no shower mat to help keep you from sliding (remember, no grab bar).   No shower caps or lotion.  The restaurant was a very pleasant experience, both the staff and food were great! We would stay again, because it is very convenient and close to the train station, which is how we traveled to visit a relative who was celebrating his 75th birthday.

GGuest UserI usually love staying at this hotel but on this trip I had lots of trouble. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. The pool area was having a rock music beach party until 11 pm on the night I was departing and needed to wake at 5:30 am for my flight. No staff warned me of this late night party that created serious noise in the tower I was in that faced the pool. Hotel front desk offered ear plugs but no apology or offer to change rooms. To add insult to injury I asked for a wake up call that never happened. Luckily I had my phone to wake me although I got very little sleep.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!

GGuest UserThe hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.

GGuest UserThe third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

GGuest UserDuring the exhibition, the night stay is 1000 yuan. A simple breakfast is provided. A taxi to the exhibition center is between 13 yuan and 17 yuan. There is a gas station next door, and a Mexican taco.

HHepanfeisheIt is close to the stadium and you can walk there. Check-in time was too late. I thought the breakfast was not good at first, but compared with the express hotel behind, it was actually very good. Although the knives and forks were very cheap, they were not disposable. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Is it because it was too dry?
